"We picked up Cocinita burgers, fries, cauliflower “meat” appetizer and a double protein shake from The Cocinita to eat in the car (our favorite) en route to the middle Keys this weekend. Touch screen order scenario at the restaurant, our order was finished in a short time. The burgers were suitable for hungry vegans, the cauliflower meat left a lot to be desired (especially for the pricetag) and the $18 espresso double-protein shake I would not otherwise purchase if I weren’t on holiday removed from my own blender/daily protein supplements. Vegan restaurants on my reviews always get 5/5 stars by plant-based virtue, but the bang you get for your buck at the Cocinita is probably 2/5.Vegetarian options: Plant based restaurant!"

"The place is very nice and clean, I really recommend it. The entire team is super friendly from your arrival, the guys are very attentive and helpful when serving you and taking your order. On this occasion my husband and I tried the complete grilled chicken, with hallaquitas and vegetables, which were divine as was the coconut lemonade."

"The salads were good although overpriced. We had to be moved because the table rocked. Then the steak arrived 30 minutes after salad completed and it was well done. I ordered medium. The waiter also said it was overcooked and call the manager. At that point, the dinner experience was ruined and I wasn’t paying $400 for a steak I had to wait an hour for. We ended up leaving. They still made us pay for everything but the steak. Horrible experience. Run from this place. BTW, I have NEVER written a review in my life but I felt compelled to WARN everyone. This place will be closed within a year. No doubt. Also, I believe all the 5 star reviews on this place are definitely fake"

"We had a fantastic evening at this restaurant. The atmosphere was wonderful, with a live guitarist playing in the dining room. The service was quick and polite, and the waiter even recommended some appetizers and empanadas to start. We followed his suggestions and tried 2 empanadas and 1 appetizer. Both empanadas were delicious and arrived hot from the oven, but the mushroom and brie empanada was especially amazing. The combination of zucchini and goat cheese was perfect. The braised short rib in Malbec sauce was also outstanding, tender, and very flavorful. The restaurant is located just a short walk from the Arsht Center, making it a convenient option for a pre-theater dinner."

"It was terrible. I had guest from out of town. The waitress got to order wrong. One person never got dinner. Then the other meal was wrong. The steak was supposed to be medium rare and it was well done. The waitress left shift and never told us. We told someone cleaning the table next to us that a meal was missing. We eventually had someone else come over and then told them one dinner was missing. I guess he noticed one person was not eating. He said he will check with kitchen and never came back. Eventually the manager came over and he did not charge for the over done steak and apologized"
