The place is always empty; A “Natural Bowl” costs $12 and comes with a small cup of yellow rice and a small cup of very dried out chicken not even cooked to order but instead from a bin and a small piece of very dried pita bread; no veggies that’s extra no beans that’s extra as well. The amount being asked with such weak service and food is not worth their price. Pollo Tropical $9 normal size cup of rice, juicy chicken, lots of veggies and beans AND not to mention the sauces you can have. Thanks but no thanks to Natural Chicken I will never go there ever again."

I couldn't resist going back for more of their delicious chicken and yellow rice after discovering it earlier this week.

The chicken was overcooked, the rice was dried out, and everything was served in a foam container similar to a hotdog holder. Overall, the quality was poor.

The meat was salty. And the rice beans were plainer than expected. The meals didn apos;t come w enough sauces. So it was dry. So if you order, add sauce/dressings silverware.

I get this delivered all the time. Item always seems to be ready for pickup on time. Prices are fair. Tastes great and portions are extremely generous. Just perfect for what it is.

I’ve been a regular here for almost 2 years and never been disappointed. The food is fresh, healthy and tastes great. Their sauce selection is also yummy and goes well with all their menu items. I am extremely disappointed in this family meal. The chicken is so dry!!!! I don’t understand how a grilled thigh/leg quarter can be so dry. The Red beans are tasteless and the sautéed onions and peppers taste spoiled. It feels like a got food that was out all day. This dried out chicken is not edible and I feel cheated. Won’t order from here again.

The chicken was overcooked and dry. Additionally, there have been consistent mistakes with my orders. This time, I received a regular potato instead of a sweet potato. In the past, I have received a Caesar salad with no chicken or white meat when I specifically ordered it. I have a strong dislike for this restaurant. Ensuring orders are correct is literally your only job.
