"The food is great. I do lots of catoring with these guys and everyone loves it. They changed the game when they hired Chase as the manager for both Missoula locations. Chase knows how to keep business coming back. He is a professional and will keep my business as long as he is running these restaurants. He makes it very easy for me to give them business by being professional, detailed, timely and answers the phone. Try it for lunch, dinner or catoring."

They forgot to put lettuce in the salad bowl. Practically empty. My friends had noodle bowls. Way to make a girl jealous and stretch out every leaf.

This is the 2nd time in a row they have messed up our order. This time we spent over $70 and I get home and it's wrong again. I called to let them know and the girl didn't even ask for my name she just said okay I will let my manager know. Needless to say we will not go back! The only thing good was the gentleman who took our order. Very friendly

I ordered a small green bean with chicken added to it, which came out to be around $11. Insanely disappointed by the portion size I received. Green beans are so cheap!! At least fill the container or put the serving in a smaller container so that it looks like the container is full. The food was tasty, but not $11 worth for this measly portion. We decided to get a quick snack at Noodle Express before getting on with our day. We had trouble getting service because the people that were there were too busy talking to pay attention to any customers. My husband finally got someone's attention and we were able to get our food. The Pork Yakisoba we got was good and we enjoyed it. We were the only ones in the place and still had trouble getting service.

Twice in a row our takeout food has come with no sauce. Not light sauce, no sauce. So a bowl of rice, slaw/veg and meat. Not a bad start if you’re willing to doctor it up at home I guess. But that’s not what I’m looking for when I order fast food. The first time I figured it was a fluke. But for $40+ for fast food takeout (for 2) we won’t be back. It’s too bad this used to be a good quick reliable option.
