"Listen. I don’t mean to be a pee or whatever but for those interested in getting coffee this is not the spot. Their espresso is very bad and bitter. The atmosphere is kinda wonky, they’ve got this weird little corner with some high chairs being stored there and a bench, not inviting, or some hard chairs and that’s it. I get the space is small and not much to work with but you could still make a little something something happen with a loveseat or a couch, maybe a coffee table."

Had two paninis and two chai teas, both were very good. The woman helping us was friendly and efficient

Hidden behind a couple buildings, Oasis Cafe is a delightful little cafe serving Mediterranean with fairly decent prices for the area.

Don't eat here. Had the bowl and was not impressedThe chicken was flavorful, but doesn't taste like what id expect for Mediterranean chicken.

New menu after reopening, added Boba drinks. Excellent food and service; pricing was reasonable. 2nd easiest place in town to get your caffeine fix. Excellent Vietnamese caramel macchiato cookies cream.

I love this little cafe! I’ve tried most of the food items and they are all great my favorite is the turkey pesto panini. I have not tried any teas but their iced coffee is realllllly good. Super friendly service every time. Definitely my new go to spot!

Great cafe for having a cup of tea and getting work done. Came here around 2 PM, ordered decaf oatmilk latte (it was delicious! and connected to their high-speed internet. Had great time, the staff were kind enough to offer extras. Their menu is quite rich with coffees, sandwiches, salads and teas (even bubble tea! . The chicken is halal so plus for Muslims who may have hard time finding meat options in Lafayette. Visualizza piatti

"Met a friend here for brunch yesterday- she stays in Danville and I live in Oakland so when we came up with Lafayette as a meet in the middle location- I immediately went to Yelp for helpful suggestions and The Hideout popped up right away. This place has been on my radar so I was excited to try something new. It did not disappoint- it was about a 15 minute drive for the both of us- the name is accurate...if you blink you will miss the turn in for parking. It 's situated mid way on the street and the entrance is tucked away on the side of another business. Although it doesn 't look like it, there is plenty of parking on the premises and if you 're lucky on the street. Reservations are only for large parties- we were able to get seated right away on a Sunday close to noon as a walk in. We chose the outdoor patio that came with heated lamps and a cute little table top fire place that is self controlled. I took a video but am not able to share. The place is definitely great for brunches, large and small parties, kid and pet friendly. My friend and I ended up ordering the same item- the Harvest Frittata which comes with seasonal veggies like asparagus. It comes with your choice of bread (French or English muffin) and fresh fruit. Presentation was beautiful- I am visual and eat with my eyes.... the smell coming from the plate was what I described to our server JP as herbalicious . I 'm not sure but I feel like their bread is made in-house- the muffin was thin and crispy and whatever butter they slathered on it....I want to take a bath in it. My friend said the same about her French bread. I couldn 't stop eating it- but I finally slowed down enough to get a to go container. Definitely keeping this place on my radar since it 's so close- great ambience for day and night. LOTS of indoor seating in addition to the outdoor patio- I would love to come back and try the dinner menu."
