"We chose this restaurant specifically to try their prime rib. We visited on a Friday at 4pm and ordered the prime rib for my wife. However, what we received was a steak that was grilled on both sides. When we asked the waiter about it, he insisted that it was indeed prime rib. Disappointed with the incorrect dish and the fact that we were charged for prime rib, we will not be returning to this restaurant."

The service was terrible! I sat and waited, and I asked the server multiple times to check on the status of my food. I eventually had to leave in frustration.

The new owner has made amazing improvements here. The food is outstanding, and the building is rich in American history. This place is definitely my favorite in all of Annapolis. As for wheelchair accessibility, many historic buildings in the area aren't very wheelchair-friendly, but Obriens does have a conveniently accessible ramp at the side entrance.
