"We waited 20 minutes for a table. Then we waited over 45 minutes for all the food except for the Dutch Baby, which took over an hour. We know that the Dutch Baby usually takes up to 30 minutes but never an hour. Our waitress, Jessica, apologized but we did not feel as if she really empathized or cared. She did not even bring us syrup for the pancakes, nor offer us ketchup or hot sauce, etc for the food. Multiple tables that were seated after us in our vicinity were served before us. And the restaurant or the waitress could’ve showed a little appreciation for our business by even putting one dish on the house. Jessica also mistakenly added an extra order of bacon and did not remove it from the bill. When we pointed it out, she said she had already removed it from the bill. Well, how are we supposed to know if it’s still on the bill? It should have been removed from the bill before the bill was handed to us without an explanation. You’ll see on the receipt attached that it was removed. Being the only Chinese customers in the entire restaurant, and having had a bad experience, and surrounded by caucasians who were better serviced than us by the same waitress, we cannot help but feel discriminated against. After telling the cashier about our experience as I paid at the front, all the cashier said was sorry. I’ve never before left a restaurant without tipping but there’s always a first time for everything.It’s a shame because all of our dishes was decent and the coffee was delicious, which is the only reason I’m leaving two stars. However, the Dutch Baby was already deflated by the time it was served, which defeats the purpose because the customer should see it inflated, as a sign of freshly cooked Dutch Baby."

The Original Pancake House is a step above the annoying IHop. The menu offers a wide selection with great variety and the food is delicious. The service was exceptional, and we were served promptly.

Seriously the nastiest food I've ever had while eating out. Food was cold, burnt and had the weirdest flavor to it. The prices are crazy high for no reason. Customer service is Amazing, very clean restaurant. Lots of variety.Only con is that the eggs and sausage combo serving size was just so small. Now this came with 3 hotcakes.... Those hotcakes were awesome. Just wished they added a couple of slices of toast and breakfast potatoes.Def will come back but order something different

I love the pancake house it is definitely my going to the breakfast place. my fave is the buttermilk pancake. the personal is always friendly. on the other day I stopped and it was very hot inside. it was about 80 degrees and there was no change. my wife and I stopped at the original pancake house for breakfast today. I had the speck and the ceddar omelet. my wife had the touch and ham containing three pancakes. actually, with both breakfast they were given the option between pancake or toast. I have chosen toast. the parts were a good size and were delivered hot. my coffee was kept full and our waitress returned a few times to the table while we were there. good eating, pleasant environment. good breakfast.

visit them frequently here. a lot of a family-wackback dinner experience. all servers are beautiful and fast. this time I went here on the day of the father. they have a wheelchair ramp from parking to restaurant on the front/side of the restaurant. clean bathroom, several stands per sex, somehow small. would not fit a large wheel chair. 99% of the time get a good meal. variety of juices and menu items from which you can choose. reasonable prices. the hatch and potato pancakes are dry.
