Pacific Catch - Piatti

This place never disappointsWhile most Marin soccer moms wait in line at Blue Barn, I prefer to dine at Pacific Catch.

I went to Pacific Catch last night for dinner with 2 friends The restaurant was packed and luckily my friend made a reservation online.

This was my first time at Pampano. Overall it was great. Portions of food might have been a little smaller than expected but was delicious, and we really wish that happy hour was not just at the bar. But it's all good.

The food was very good. A little pricey but the service was excellent. Unfortunately there was a private party going on so we had to sit downstairs in the bar area. Next time I would like to sit in the regular dining area or out on the beautiful patio.

After giving us only the options of 7:15 or 7:45, not 7:30 as we wanted. When we arrived for our 7:15 reservation they kept us waiting half an hour. Although they were apologetic, they did not offer us a free after dinner coffee or any other sort of tangible apology. That kind of service does not encourage a return visit. The rest of the service was good, other than the waiter trying to suggest the Dom Perignon Champagne for $350 (he didn't tell us the price). Visualizza piatti
