"I ordered fried dumplings, but they were undercooked and appeared steamed on the inside. I called Panda West in King to explain the issue to a young lady there. I asked if I could receive a credit so I could order the correct food, but she insisted that she could only offer me a 15% discount on my next order. I've been a loyal customer for years, and I also ordered the boneless spare ribs combo, but the rice was terrible, with hard pieces throughout. I'm really disappointed with this place. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to anyone, despite being a long-time patron."

Food was horrible. I splurged and got pu pu platter for my son and I. They did not give us the egg rolls and everything else tasted like shoe leather. I threw it away and ate some chocolate.

The portion of sauces was quite lacking, and the roast pork lo mein was essentially just noodles with very few vegetables and only a few thin slices of pork. They seem to prioritize cheap fillers over quality ingredients!

If you're in King, NC and in the mood for some good Chinese food, this place won't disappoint. The food is tasty, and the staff is both friendly and efficient. The setup is what you'd typically expect from a Chinese take-out spot. I'm puzzled by the negative reviews I've seen. If you're seeking a sophisticated dining experience with table service for a date night, this isn't the right venue. However, for a delicious take-out meal served in classic white paper boxes with fortune cookies, they really do excel.
