"I ordered fried dumplings, but they were undercooked and appeared steamed on the inside. I called Panda West in King to explain the issue to a young lady there. I asked if I could receive a credit so I could order the correct food, but she insisted that she could only offer me a 15% discount on my next order. I've been a loyal customer for years, and I also ordered the boneless spare ribs combo, but the rice was terrible, with hard pieces throughout. I'm really disappointed with this place. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to anyone, despite being a long-time patron."

The portion of sauces was quite lacking, and the roast pork lo mein was essentially just noodles with very few vegetables and only a few thin slices of pork. They seem to prioritize cheap fillers over quality ingredients!

If you're seeking a sophisticated dining experience with table service for a date night, this isn't the right venue. However, for a delicious take-out meal served in classic white paper boxes with fortune cookies, they really do excel.
