"I went to Panera bread one morning to get my family breakfast. I ordered the 4 breakfast sandwich. When I got home I realized 2 of the breakfast sandwich didn’t have meat on them. So I called back and spoke to the manager Angelo. Angelo told me he would replace these two breakfast sandwiches. I went back a few days later and ordered my 2 breakfast sandwiches. One bacon for my wife and one sausage. I don’t eat pork. Also got my son a cinnamon roll before school. I should’ve checked my sandwich before I left but when I got home I realized they both had bacon on them. So now I have to go all the back to Panera and do this all over again. After I do this. This will be the last time Panera receives my service. Oh yea and the older lady at the counter and very rude. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. She definitely cursed at me. Only reason I’m going back is because I’m hungry and I didn’t have time to make breakfast this morning. I wish I give them no stars"

One of the best Panera Breads in Connecticut. Great layout and well prepared food. Doreen is always a pleasure to see and has the best smile on her face and a positive energy with her customers!

Food is good quality when the orders are put together correctly. Have ordered multiple times for large corporate lunches and more often than not modifications are either ignored or the items are not included.

We always order food the night before. Large family, lots of items. Some days they forget to include items in the order. Today they said they were out of souffles, and when I arrived at the store, two were on the counter. A different type than I ordered, but I accepted them as a replacement. We took them home to eat, and they were all liquid on the inside. Severely undercooked. Overall, you'll probably get a good experience, but always check that you received what you ordered, and the food is to the quality you expect.

Came in to a bunch of people waiting to order but no one at the register. Everyone sees us waiting but finally a woman from the back came up to the register. Started ordering. Ordered Chicken goddess salad minus onions and egg due to allergies. Im told they don't have any avocado. I get my bag and get to the car and open the salad and...no tomatoes and an onion piece on my salad. I now have to go back in to get everything fixed. Wait in line again but this time their was someone at the register. The lady was pleasant and fixed my meal. This location usually is accommodating and makes mistakes but will atleast fix it.
