"I called the restaurant to request a replacement with a plain cheese pizza, which is around $14. I had already spent $20 on a pizza that was inedible, and I wasn’t concerned about the $6 difference. However, I was informed that the pizza is always made that way, which isn’t true, as I’ve had it before and it didn't taste like this. I spoke with Rose, who I believe is the manager, and explained that I had the entire pizza and had scraped the toppings off of three slices, and I was willing to bring it back. Unfortunately, she told me there was nothing she could do. As a loyal customer who encountered a pizza that tasted spoiled and was too hot, I feel disappointed and feel compelled to take my business elsewhere. Good luck."

The Bavarian meat lover's stuffed pizzas is the best. So much packed into each slice that you only need one to be a whole meal. The sauce is really good and not Tok acidic.

I recently attempted to place an order from here after the other location abruptly hung up on me. I was left waiting on hold for 6 minutes. It appears that management at both locations lacks standards for their staff. There are definitely better places to order from.

The quality of the yumminess is top notch! Parking: I never have any trouble with parking. I always get a spot right in front of the shop. Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu available. Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp leading into the shop and is a single level restaurant.

When you spend money places these days the food don’t match the price. Company’s so money hungry that’s all they worried about. I asked for the buffalo wings to be fried hard , guess that meant not done. Just saying when you spend money on food you just expect it to be good. Or at least worth your money time. My first order was delivered to me, and I was disappointed to find that the pizza was cold and the wings were incorrect. However, I decided to go in and pick up my order this time, and everything was fantastic! The staff were great, and I really appreciated their help. I would definitely recommend picking up your food rather than having it delivered. I'll definitely be back!

Inconsistent. First time I ordered the wings, pasta and bread were so amazing I had to come back. I ordered when I walked in it took about 30 mins which was fine. 2nd time I come and again I ordered there only took 15 mins. Wings had little to no sauce and when pulling the meat off it felt soggy from the inside like it wasn’t done. Bread was still doughy and raw. The pasta was ok but after eating 2 items raw I was worried to continue eating the pasta. Not sure I can recommend the items I purchased. Seems it’s a draw of what you’ll actually end up with.
