"I called the restaurant to request a replacement with a plain cheese pizza, which is around $14. I had already spent $20 on a pizza that was inedible, and I wasn’t concerned about the $6 difference. However, I was informed that the pizza is always made that way, which isn’t true, as I’ve had it before and it didn't taste like this. I spoke with Rose, who I believe is the manager, and explained that I had the entire pizza and had scraped the toppings off of three slices, and I was willing to bring it back. Unfortunately, she told me there was nothing she could do. As a loyal customer who encountered a pizza that tasted spoiled and was too hot, I feel disappointed and feel compelled to take my business elsewhere. Good luck."

Parma Pizza Marietta is the best pizza place around! My husband and I just tried it for the first time, and it has quickly become our new favorite spot for pizza. The service is excellent as well. The owner, Travis, puts a lot of effort into his shop and takes great pride in the quality of the food he prepares.

My first order was delivered to me, and I was disappointed to find that the pizza was cold and the wings were incorrect. However, I decided to go in and pick up my order this time, and everything was fantastic! The staff were great, and I really appreciated their help.
