As usual food was excellent, service outstanding and friendly

The service was really great. The food was very, very good. The Singapore Sling was OK but fell short of my expectations

Went for birthday. Service couldn't have been better. Enjoyed our meal, although the spare ribs had a bit too much sauce on them

Great place as always. Food was great. The waiter was awesome and took extra care of our food as the previous time we didn’t have a great experience

Got there made reservation on open table and then had to wait for minutes to get seated l. On hostess stand there is a big board with message saying glass of house wine to ask your server. Server did not know or check instead charged dollars for each glass Visualizza piatti

We keep trying, but with what seemed to be an abundance of servers, the server was not great and food, blah. Not what it used to be. Waited minutes for her to come to the table and seemed like she did not want to be there. The server who came to the table with the wine had a great personality, very conversational, wish we had him as our server. Probably won’t return

Father’s Day. Brought the family. Sunday the kitchen was so backed up it took an hour from placing the order until the food arrived at our table and half of the or dishes were room temperature warm at best. The waiter was wonderful he came by our table after we ordered about minutes and told us that the kitchen was extremely slow. We should have left then had we know slow meant another minutes. I usually enjoy PF Chang’s the many times in the past that I have been fortunate to dine there but this past Father’s Day was not the norm

My birthday evening had a bad start due to the kitchen being hit hard by take out orders. This caused our lettuce wrap to be delayed and our entre arrived just seconds after the appetizer. Our server, Madison, was quick to realize our problem and offered to assist in any way possible. The manager, Patricia, came to our table and corrected the situation by ordering another entre, the Crispy Honey Shrimp, which was fantastic. My compliments to Patricia and the staff for the birthday card and special table setting. Madison, our server, was pleasant and professional with a great smile. Patricia greeted us upon arrival and wished me Happy Birthday by name. It was a nice touch. P J Chang's is one... Visualizza piatti
