"My birthday evening had a bad start due to the kitchen being hit hard by take out orders. This caused our lettuce wrap to be delayed and our entre arrived just seconds after the appetizer. Our server, Madison, was quick to realize our problem and offered to assist in any way possible. The manager, Patricia, came to our table and corrected the situation by ordering another entre, the Crispy Honey Shrimp, which was fantastic. My compliments to Patricia and the staff for the birthday card and special table setting. Madison, our server, was pleasant and professional with a great smile. Patricia greeted us upon arrival and wished me Happy Birthday by name. It was a nice touch. P J Chang's is one of our favorite restaurants in Tucson. Since we lived in Asia for years and miss the Asian cuisine, P F Chang's is our "Go To" for their specialties. Highly recommend frequent visits there"

I never consider PF Chang fine dining, nonetheless we end up there periodically because we enjoy the drinks, ambiance and the food is ok. Last night the steamed dumplings and lettuce wraps were very so-so yet the the eggplant vegetarian dish was actually outstanding and the beef with broccoli was good. Service was very good.

Alec our server was awesome! He was friendly and efficient ensuring we had a wonderful experience. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and were greater by the staff with a special table set up complete with an anniversary card. We enjoyed a wonderful meal and complimentary dessert as well. PF Changs is our go to celebration spot…they always make it special.
