Just got my order. Missing the side veggies and sauces. What a disappointment! Totally ruined the experience!

They up charge for the vegetarian dish and then don’t give you the mushrooms… when I asked I was told it has always been like that… they did discount the meal but it is just bad business…

Since most veggie broths taste the same, I judge vegetarian pho by how many vegetables are in the soup. Lots of veggies, including cauliflower in the soup, so I was happy. I've been coming here since the 90's I've never had someone talk to me so rude and disrespectful (yelling at me).. for my understanding this means that I will be getting the drink and soup for $10.. if I'm wrong I'm sorry for misunderstanding the email they sent... I wish I knew the owners so they knew what kind ofEmployees they have working for them..

Drinks and food never disappoint, always delicious. Sadly, the restaurant hasn't recovered the correct amount of staff needed for the number of delivery, take out and dine in orders they are receiving. The staff here is running around unsuccessfulmanaging the number of orders constantly coming in, of course at no fault of their own. I don't recommend coming here if youare impatient and don't understand high demand and short staffing. Otherwise the pho, tea drinks, and the popcorn chicken areextremely delicious. Plan your schedule and defineyl stop by if you can.

The place has plenty of parking out front. Recommend you lock your car as the area has had a series of breakins.I think I would consider this the Chipotle of pho. It does the job but it doesn't taste as fresh or authentic. Like I like it for a quick craving but def not my go to. I was in a rush and took a friend. Broth was very savory and salty- I personally like the salty taste so it was good. The produce looked old unfortunately. The service was not great. They directed me to the table and didn't check in on us and didn't provide water either. The inside looks nice and clean but def could use better service for next visits. Visualizza piatti
