Wow! This pizza place is outstanding. I had a rough experience at another restaurant, but this one was absolutely perfect. We even went back two days later!

Simple and clean location. And the pizza is great. If you like Straw Hat Pizza, this is right up there as it prepares and tastes. Toppings do not slip off the pane easily. I'm sure I'll eat again.

Pizza Factory used to be a central valley CA experience but I find they've moved mostly into the foothills. I enjoy the Pizza, it's well made for a chain restaurant. The staff here are friendly and there are games to play to entertain the kids.

The pizza had a nice crunch with every bite, was cooked great. The place took about 45 mins getting my pizza definitely recommend ordering ahead of time. They were not shy with the toppings my only problem was trying to keep my toppings on my pizza. Price was a little steep but well worth the money. Inside was very clean

To my surprise, he claimed the manager said I had called to complain and was yelling at them. This was completely untrue. I have always loved this place, and I've never had any reason to complain. To make a long story short, I'm really disappointed that I can no longer enjoy their food, and I'm upset about how the manager handled the situation. I even told the manager I could provide my phone records to prove I never called to complain, but he hung up on me. What a shame! Visualizza piatti

Honestly was disappointed. Normally small town pizza places have some really great food. Not here. I ordered the combo calzone and the main flavor present was... Watery... It was really soggy and the crust had no flavor. Plus the plastic utensils available barely pass as functional eating tools. At least it wasn't too expensive. My favorite part of the decor was the ceiling fans that had their fan blades taken off and half of their bulbs burnt out. Not really worth the visit imo

We stopped by on our way back to Sacramento from California Caverns, hoping for a quick meal, but many items we wanted—like meatballs, pineapple, and the dessert pizza—were unavailable. Despite being the only customers in the restaurant, we were told the wait time would be 45 to 60 minutes, which felt unacceptable for such a slow day. The staff didn’t seem very welcoming either. Ultimately, we left without ordering to find better options and service elsewhere. My party of four can confirm this experience, and we were all disappointed by the long wait times and limited menu availability. This visit was on August 13, 2022.

I stopped by while returning to Sacramento from visiting California's caves, but when we arrived, many items we wanted to order, such as meatballs, pineapples, and dessert pizza, were unavailable. Furthermore, we were the only customers there and were informed we would have to wait 45 to 60 minutes for our food. Considering it was a slow day, this waiting time was unacceptable. The staff also didn’t seem very welcoming. We ultimately decided to leave without placing an order in search of better options and service. To the owners: I did check the pizza place you mentioned.
