"The pizza was good, but when I tried to pay with cash, the workers couldn't figure it out and had to call the manager to process my order. Instead of starting on my order, they waited for the manager, causing a delay of 20 minutes. The carpet and tile were in desperate need of cleaning. Despite having plenty of staff, most of them were standing around doing nothing until the manager arrived, at which point they suddenly appeared busy even though the restaurant was nearly empty with only 2 diners. I heard 4 apologies to different customers picking up orders while I waited for mine, as the orders were not ready when promised. Most customers had to wait an additional 10-20 minutes for their orders. It's unclear if this was just an off night for the pizza place, but 2 out of the 4 people waiting mentioned that this was a common issue. One customer even received a free order due to a previous mistake. She waited over 20 minutes for her order, with the staff having to apologize for the delay once again. It may be best to consider another dining option unless you're willing to take the risk."

I walked in and the employees went over a phone in the customer, was not impressed. I have ordered to take boneless wings and get buffalo bones. guess not all pizza hats are similar!

Would give a zero if could. Ordered ahead of time at 4:45 to be done at 6:15. They finally had it done at 6:45. They didn’t offer any discount. Have given them the benefit of doubt for the last time. Not going back.

I don't know why this restaurant has received low ratings, but here is my opinion. This pizza ranch is quite good - every time I ordered online and arrived to pick up my food, it was hot and fresh, ready to go. The service was decent, and the interior of the building was always clean and inviting for a lunch. I have ordered from here multiple times and have never had any issues - my food has always been on time and fresh. In my opinion, this restaurant deserves a 5-star rating.

This was our second time ordering takeout pizza from this restaurant. The first time, we ordered a large pizza with half pepperoni and half cheese, but it ended up being all pepperoni. Tonight, we ordered the same thing and received a pizza with half pepperoni and half beef. We were disappointed that they did not follow our instructions correctly. Additionally, when we complained, they refused to discount the pizza or make us a new one because they were closing soon. This decision did not make sense to us, so we decided to leave. If you enjoy taking chances with your pizza order, then this might be the place for you. You truly never know what you're going to get.
