"Today I went into dots for the first time, I got some pastries for some work colleagues as well as a biscuit, later in the day due to being so incredibly tasty I made my second trip in to bring my wife some goodies. Everything I tasted was amazing and each stood out within their own category. The biscuits were exceptional buttery with the rich taste lingering on your tongue, the salted caramel chocolate cookies were the perfect balance of sweet and salt. All of the portions were well worth the price, I’m rather sure my date bar weighed over a pound, my only regret is that didn’t come her sooner, don’t make the same mistake I did!"

"excellent place for coffee or tea. I bought two 1 liter coffee and a cup of hot tea. it's loose sheet so that she's her own tee bag. there is a lot of taste! I would come back every day if I lived here."

"It’s all about location which is amazing! The atmosphere inside is dated. Order something local and you will not be disappointed. But veer off the tried and true (fish chips, chowder, burgers) and you risk a poor meal. The service and attention was amazing."

"You place your order at the counter and then carry it to your table. It's not a full-service setup, but everything you need is readily available at the condiment station. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was impressively clean! Now, onto the food – it was fantastic! We're quite particular when it comes to crab rolls, and this one did not disappoint. It was clearly made with fresh crabmeat and generously packed into a large roll. As a bonus, a local couple who frequently dines there sat next to us. We discovered that he and my dad were both from Rockland and ended up sharing wonderful stories. It turned into a much-appreciated social hour for my 95-year-old father! We look forward to visiting again next season!"

"The waitress was upset that she didn't get paided her 20 percent. Apparently they work on 20 percent tips not hourly there. The scallops were huge, not cooked...they were cooked from frozen which maybe we can understand. The bowel of Lobster bisque..was a cup to me. Compared to other places along Maine. This place had a server with an attitude and was acting like a very entitled person. Good looks may get you in the door my dear, but one word out of your mouth gets the door slammed in your face. Also to the owners of it's an expectation you may want to have it posted..not everyone is from Maine..do.your business a favourite and post it that it is suggested, mandatory, or put it on your debit machine. Customers work hard for their money and you have no idea who can afford or not afford. Yes you did loose out on this one, not by us not according but because we don't reward bad behaviour."
