"I got the gold fin tuna salad on a cold plate did not disappoint. Definitely will get this again the next time we are down we will definitely stop. I also got a big chocolate chip cookie also again it did not disappoint. Everything was delicious prepared just the way we asked for it. Great little place Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch"

"All I know is if you come here, be ready to wait. My family had a very simple order, one pizza and cheese sticks. We placed it at 6:24pm and were given a 75 minute wait time. Understandable, so we show up at 7:45 and we’re told it would be another 15-20 minute wait. After waiting those 20 minutes we go back in and ask for an update to which we were told “15-20 more minutes.” Having a long wait time is understandable but when there is no communication within the business it’s extremely aggravating. After waiting 30 more minutes we go inside and try to ask what’s going on, when one of the employees tells everyone “your food is coming, remember they are just kids” and proceeds to aggressively do her job. Maybe the owner shouldn’t hire kids who have no idea what’s going on. I am genuinely not being deceitful, but the two girls at the front have no idea what’s going on, ever. Many families were mad and leaving, locals said “it’s always like this,” and I have no will to give another penny to this business. To be completely honest I would suggest saving yourself the trouble and going to Michelangelo’s instead!"

"Now I remember why I don 't go here... Aside from the prices typically being twice the price of other places I go Strike 1, the one thing I went there for was the only thing not stocked. Strike 2, the first person I asked to check if they had in backbrought out something else that was not the same and cost twice as much as what I was looking for. Strike 3. I asked someone ina different department if there was someone working in the meat department and they said, there should be, just yell in backfor help and they should come out ... Needless to say no one came out. About 3 minutes later someone from another departmentcame over looking for someone in the meat department to help me and they could not find anyone so I left since I did not havetime to wait since I had to get back to get my kid ready for school. Strike 4, when I went to check out for the one item Idecided to get for my kid while I was there, there was an issue where their systems were not reading the loyalty card numbers,so they used the store card... Very nice of them not to give the points to their customers, granted I have always had issueswith their loyalty cards from the beginning, but usually I can at least use it. Strike 5, the one item I wanted to check outwith the system said you cannot purchase this item and to have someone ring it up. Apparently the bar codes on produce don 'twork properly and are deceiving... That 's according to the employee. But.... I was told to have a nice day by the lady that hadto help for two things at self check out for one item because their systems were not working properly. I guess it 's good theyare in the grocery business instead of baseball. Everyone needs to eat, but I don 't think they would keep fans if they can 't geta hit."

"To say I’m disappointed is the understatement of the century. I’ve been coming here since 2004. It’s literally my favorite restaurant. I look forward to it all year. Tonight we came in as a party of 6, and we’re told it we liked be 90 minutes. We waited 2 1/2 hours. We’ve watched people come and go all night. Never, did they come out and apologize. Or offer anything. It’s absurd. We asked if they could just pull tables together and were told they could not bc it would throw off the servers. 20 years we’ve been coming. This has never happened. I understand the ownership has changed hands and I guess that’s the only explanation. My family has joked for nearly two decades that this was my happy place. Well no longer. We can’t rate the food bc after 2 1/2 hours we are still waiting. We are out of here. And sadly never coming back. I went in very calmly to tell the hostess that I understand she’s just the messenger and planned to tell her how long we’ve been coming and she told me I can’t with you. I. Am. Disgusted. And I’m sure the original owners would be heartbroken."
