Staff here is incredibly rude, literally has the worst attitude. Don't spend your money here to feel like you're bothering someone for doing there job lol.

The juices are decent. They are convenient for grabbing a day's worth of juice during a cleanse when you don't have time to make your own. However, I find the juices to be too diluted and lacking in flavor.

I visited the restaurant today around 3pm and encountered two delightful young women who were very friendly and attentive to customer service. In the past, I have had negative experiences at this location, but I am hopeful that these two girls will make a positive difference.

The staff at this location can be very hit or miss. They also haven 't had a working machine to make acai bowls in the past few months. My last few delivery orders from here consistently been missing the bowls. We went in person before work a few times and was told the machine wasn 't working. Another time we came back, the girl at the counter seemed so bothered to make the bowl, I almost didn 't want to ask for it. I 'm wondering now if the machine is actually broken, or are the employees just saying that so they don 't have to make the bowls? LOVE this place and the chain in general. They have some of the best juices with very reasonable prices.If you get a membership you can unlock even better deals.They do free delivery so you can stock up on lots of juices for the week which is perfect for juice cleanses or meal replacements. Each juice comes out to just 4.10 when you have a membership which is phenomenal especially compared to other juice places.They have a wide mix of juices from roots to greens to lemonades and more. Each of their juices are so good. I love their roots line in particular.They also have froyo and açaí bowls which I tried before and again- so delicious.Highly recommend coming here. Pressed is truly the best.

I have been a loyal customer of Pressed for many years now. I have visited this particular location three times in the past three months and each time I have been met with unfriendly and unhelpful employees. It has become a running joke among my roommates and I to go there just to feel bad about ourselves. There is never any music playing, and the employees make you feel like you are bothering them. This attitude extends not only to us, but to other customers in the store as well. I am not sure what the issue is with their customer service, but it is clear that they need a new manager or an entirely new staff. I do not know what happened. I used to come here almost everyday last year; I had the VIP account because I loved the freeze and bowls. The service was amazing. I was met with staff who knew my name (not that they had to but it was nice to be recognized).This year it is the complete opposite. I do not recognize this new staff. They all seem like they do not want to be there. I have seen people sitting on the counters. The store is dirty. The staff make weird remarks to each other.
