They have the best subs around.The employees are very helpful.Prices are reasonable. LOVE their rolls.Clean and also a place you can eat in.

This place is busy so call ahead or use the app. Subs are delicious. Potato salad uses red skin potatoes which I dislike. But the taste is good. Great food, great staff. I was amazed at the way everybody worked together so well considering the place just opened and they were all brand new employees. The guy who took my order showed a genuine interest in taking care of me even though it wasextremely busy. I'm looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend this place.

I placed a pickup order online around 6pm, it was ready when it said it was going to be it tasted/was made exactly like the other primos I?ve visited! Also, there were no other customers inside waiting when I picked up my food. Based on the otherreviews, maybe the newness of this establishment is wearing off it?s operating normally. I have no complaints! Kudos to thestaff.

This restaurant consistently has issues with our delivery orders. The subs are delicious, but they frequently get the toppings wrong. In our last order, they completely forgot one of the subs. In tonight's order, the toppings on our subs were incorrect, they included a cookie that we didn't order, and they also forgot the macaroni salad. Primos, you need to improve! I have eaten at many Primohoagies in many locations. I just moved to the area and was excited to eat here. However I saw all of the horrible reviews and for the first time in my life, I'm not taking a chance at this place. I have never seen such horriblereviews for this company. The fact that every complaint is exactly the same and each gets the same response, just tells me thatthis location does not care. What a shame. Time to find other subs elsewhere. Good luck.

I've had a frustrating experience with this restaurant every time I place an order. Due to a health issue, I can't have seeds on my hoagie bun, so I specifically requested a seedless bun when I called in. When I picked it up, I double-checked with the staff if it was indeed seedless, and they assured me it was. Unfortunately, I arrived just 15 minutes before closing, so I couldn't return it. It wasn't until after closing, when I got home, that I discovered the employee had lied to me about the bun. This is the third time I've faced such poor service, and the second time I've had to throw away $30 worth of food. Very disappointing!

While the food was in my opinion very good, it was much too expensive and they messed up 2 orders for me. While the staff were very friendly they seem poorly trained. I walk up to counter after just standing with 8 other people for 10mins and find outeveryone else ordered already and they were waiting for next customer. Not one worker said a thing. I tell the lady I have anorder for door dash and she goes to get it. The young man directly next to her then attempts to take my order, leading to a veryawkward situation.
