Nice tea, nice atmosphere, funny dish robot. Fun experience overall.

All the desserts and drinks here SLAP and the lil robot guy that serves you is so cute! There is a variety of party decor inside but is still versatile — you can definitely come here as a group or just by yourself or for a date. HIGHLY recommend the green tea mille crepes cake!

Second time going to prince, first was Astoria, both for afternoon tea. Disappointing experience in comparison to Astoria. — No refills on tea (apparently unique to this location) — Subpar service — Dry scones, served with jelly packets?! So I visited their second loaction.. The Bowery Street location was just was nice as the upper east side location. Was a little peeved it was slow and my order came out right before I left lol…Other than that it's a cute experience. Had the rose tea,lavender tea and toffee along with scones and Ube soufflé

The dessert and tea options are fantastic! The service was friendly. I really enjoyed ordering straight from your phone. The order came quickly. Watching the robot go back and forth was pretty interesting. Definitely check this place out if your looking for dessert or a bite to eat or some tea! I highly recommend this place.

The two asian american girls had the stinkiest face. They look like they were mad they walked in the store. This was around 8:30pm on november 15th. The worst customer service I’ve ever received in this establishment and I’ve been here 10 times at least. Better off hiring only chinese immigrants and not these spoiled american brats. I love that this location is bigger than the East Village one. The tea set matched my cake. Their cakes are great. My out-of-town friend also took a bite of my purple yam mille crêpe cake and said she liked it more than her creme brulée trio! I did like the creme brulées too. She was impressed by the place. Their robot cat staff always steals the show and had a festive Santa hat on. This time, it was singing either “Last Christmas” or “We Wish You a Merry Christmas” (I forgot which).

I cant believe how many reviews there are with comments about the rude/poor service and the manager/owner still hasn’t done anything to make it a friendlier experience to paying guests. Honestly I tried three times to like this place. Either you’re able to get a table but you’re ignored for 20 min and not explained anything on how the menu works. An absolutely cozy and COMFORTING tea house/restaurant that anyone would like to take their friends and family with. The decor is cute, the meal preparations are akin to gourmet that was at a low cost, the tea heater to keep your tea warm was a lovely bonus and the food was absolutely wonderful!
