Prince Tea House - Menu

Went with hubby on a Tues night after dinner and it was fairly busy. Loved the relaxed and fun vibe. Enjoyed the pate a choux with ice cream.

All the desserts and drinks here SLAP and the lil robot guy that serves you is so cute! There is a variety of party decor inside but is still versatile — you can definitely come here as a group or just by yourself or for a date. HIGHLY recommend the green tea mille crepes cake!

The dessert and tea options are fantastic! The service was friendly. I really enjoyed ordering straight from your phone. The order came quickly. Watching the robot go back and forth was pretty interesting. Definitely check this place out if your looking for dessert or a bite to eat or some tea! I highly recommend this place.

I love that this location is bigger than the East Village one. The tea set matched my cake. Their cakes are great. My out-of-town friend also took a bite of my purple yam mille crêpe cake and said she liked it more than her creme brulée trio! I did like the creme brulées too. She was impressed by the place. Their robot cat staff always steals the show and had a festive Santa hat on. This time, it was singing either “Last Christmas” or “We Wish You a Merry Christmas” (I forgot which).

I cant believe how many reviews there are with comments about the rude/poor service and the manager/owner still hasn’t done anything to make it a friendlier experience to paying guests. Honestly I tried three times to like this place. Either you’re able to get a table but you’re ignored for 20 min and not explained anything on how the menu works. A good place, but a bit too down too earth for a tea house. I probably expected a more authentic tea experience. I was not impressed by the fact that you need to place the order via app/site, but it does not let you pay separately for your order as it all goes to the same table account. Rude rude lady!! For out of towners or newbies to this place, you scan a QR code. From there anyone sitting at the table can scan the code and add items to the order. Someone accidentally hit send/submit order when we were not done ordering. we called the waitress or manager over. Not even 30 seconds and she says she cannot cancel order?! An absolutely cozy and COMFORTING tea house/restaurant that anyone would like to take their friends and family with. The decor is cute, the meal preparations are akin to gourmet that was at a low cost, the tea heater to keep your tea warm was a lovely bonus and the food was absolutely wonderful!
