While I was waiting for my pizza, I noticed one of the cooks wiped his nose with his hands and didn’t wash them afterward. This is completely unacceptable. I am very disappointed, as proper food handling is essential. I urge Proper Pizza to improve their standards!

I ordered through DoorDash and requested silverware to eat my pasta, but it wasn't included. I called the restaurant, and they told me they had given it to the driver. They were unhelpful in resolving the issue, leaving me unable to eat the food I paid for. I'm very disappointed! Visualizza piatti

This place has some of the best pasta I've ever tasted! The bread knots are a must-try; they could be a meal on their own. The chicken fettuccine deserves to be world-famous—it's absolutely amazing. The customer service is great as well. If they accepted credit cards, I might never eat anywhere else!

This restaurant has quickly become one of my favorites! The chicken Alfredo is fantastic, featuring generous chunks of chicken. The sauce is so tasty that I always request extra, and the garlic bread knots are incredibly delicious! I haven't encountered many that can compete with them. You'll be pleasantly surprised when you try them—they're definitely worth it! The service here is excellent as well!

I can never enjoy Italian food back home again. I'm from Utah, and even the well-known Italian restaurants there don't compare to this place. The pizza was great, but the pasta was absolutely fantastic. I couldn't help but wonder why it was so empty when I visited. I can only hope that another Italian restaurant will reach the same level of quality as this pizza and pasta fusion. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. They definitely deserve a raise! Despite its modest appearance, Matt and his team deliver outstanding quality and service through their hand-made pizzas and pastas prepared in the classic style. We ordered a pasta and a pizza that weren't on the regular menu, and they were both excellent. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return. The only downside is that they don't serve beer, which I would have liked to enjoy with my meal. The location is convenient, and there's parking available. A medium pizza or pasta dish costs around $15.

It was a nice shop and very spacious, it was close to our hotel. But the homeless and trash can really bring an area down, but that's mostly all around LA. The staff was very nice and attentive, the owner was greeting every employee like family and even chatted with customers when possible. The shop was clean. Now for the food, it was great, not exactly true NYC style, but was very tasty. If you want true NYC style pizza, just go to NYC. The food came out fast and hot and was much needed after our long drive. When I'm in Koreatown again, I'll definitely stop by again.Parking: Tight parking

Ordered a Brooklyn style pizza online and was given Margherita style. I found out once I was home so I called to let them know. They told me that this is their take on Brooklyn style. I don’t know what Brooklyn this is from cause it’s not New York. The Margherita pizza was also cold and they might have given me something another customer cancelled to not lose money.
