Lyle is fantastic, and his grilled cheese sandwiches are simply amazing. Whenever I have a little time to spare before or after my shifts at the mall, visiting the food truck is always a delight! The service is exceptional; Lyle is one of the kindest and most intriguing individuals you’ll ever come across! He truly puts a lot of care into the food and its quality.

We've been spotting this food truck for years but finally had the chance to stop by today! We ordered the Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese Sandwich and the Fire Half Half. The food was fantastic—seriously, some of the best grilled cheeses we've ever had! Both the staff and the owner were really friendly and took the time to chat with each customer. If you haven’t tried their food yet, we highly recommend it! We'll definitely be coming back soon!

One would think that a grilled cheese is...well, a grilled cheese. Today I stand corrected! Often places like this, which try to make 50 different variations on a single theme, end up being a bit nasty. The experimentation to find the most ridiculous combination usually results in a bunch of dishes which are as disgusting as the menu items are outrageous. Not so at this joint! We tried a huge subset of the menu, and each and every item was even better than the last! The staff were hilarious, personable, and engaging. Can't say that my expectations were very high when my wife picked this spot on a trip between New York and Vermont, but I stand corrected...I guess she truly IS always right! Visualizza piatti
