I'm giving them a 4 out of 5 primarily because the lo-mein can be inconsistent. Aside from that, the food is delicious, and the homemade iced tea is consistently excellent.

The chicken and broccoli dish is incredibly delicious; it nearly brought me to tears! Additionally, the half chicken with honey sauce served alongside the pork fried rice is absolutely fantastic!

I want to caution everyone to be very careful, as your credit card information could be at risk. I had a concerning experience where I shared my credit card details and CVV with a woman over the phone while placing an order. A few hours later, I noticed an unauthorized charge from Instacart on my card that I definitely did not authorize. Fortunately, I was able to quickly cancel that transaction and report the store.

They forgot my soda…once again. The small portion sizes don’t come in their usual containers; instead, they’re just tossed in with the rice. It feels like a way to shortchange the customers. The portions are quite small, consisting of only about 10% meat and 90% filler vegetables. Overall, it’s quite disappointing. The Hunan beef has no real flavor; it tastes mostly like beef cooked in oil. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but the quality has noticeably declined over time.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this Chinese restaurant. I’ve ordered from them multiple times, and each time has been a letdown. The food is consistently overly salty. However, today was the last straw. I sent my husband to pick up chicken with broccoli and white rice, and when he came home, the bag felt suspiciously light. Upon opening it, I realized they had prepared what could only be described as a child's meal for me. There were just six pieces of broccoli, all drenched in salty soy sauce, and a tiny portion of rice. And all of this cost $10! I cannot recommend this place at all.
