"I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this Chinese restaurant. I’ve ordered from them multiple times, and each time has been a letdown. The food is consistently overly salty. However, today was the last straw. I sent my husband to pick up chicken with broccoli and white rice, and when he came home, the bag felt suspiciously light. Upon opening it, I realized they had prepared what could only be described as a child's meal for me. There were just six pieces of broccoli, all drenched in salty soy sauce, and a tiny portion of rice. And all of this cost $10! I cannot recommend this place at all. I will definitely not be going back, and they won’t be receiving another cent from me. I am extremely frustrated by how they take people's money while serving such subpar food."

The food was unappetizing, lacking in flavor, and overly salty. The beef tasted stale and was excessively marinated.

I truly appreciate that they accept card payments, even for phone orders. On top of that, the food is absolutely fantastic! View menu

I'm giving them a 4 out of 5 primarily because the lo-mein can be inconsistent. Aside from that, the food is delicious, and the homemade iced tea is consistently excellent.

The chicken and broccoli dish is incredibly delicious; it nearly brought me to tears! Additionally, the half chicken with honey sauce served alongside the pork fried rice is absolutely fantastic!

The quality of the food was disappointing and lacked seasoning. I ordered the honey crispy chicken, but it wasn’t crispy at all—it ended up soggy because the packaging didn’t let the steam escape. As for the egg drop soup, it tasted like thick water; it seemed like they didn’t add any salt at all. View menu

I want to caution everyone to be very careful, as your credit card information could be at risk. I had a concerning experience where I shared my credit card details and CVV with a woman over the phone while placing an order. A few hours later, I noticed an unauthorized charge from Instacart on my card that I definitely did not authorize. Fortunately, I was able to quickly cancel that transaction and report the store.

They forgot my soda…once again. The small portion sizes don’t come in their usual containers; instead, they’re just tossed in with the rice. It feels like a way to shortchange the customers. The portions are quite small, consisting of only about 10% meat and 90% filler vegetables. Overall, it’s quite disappointing. The Hunan beef has no real flavor; it tastes mostly like beef cooked in oil. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but the quality has noticeably declined over time.
