Ristorante Ciao - Naples

This Northern Italian restaurant is my absolute favorite! Everything on the menu is delicious and the chef and owner are top-notch.

This is my favorite Italian restaurant. Everything is excellent! Just off of Rt. 41 and easy to find. We have been going there since they opened, and it just gets better!

Yesterday we went to Ristorante Ciao, it was pretty good. The veal ravioli bolognese was delicious, and the Marsala sauce was a little watery and the Shirley temple was perfect!! Visualizza piatti

The portion sizes were small and did not leave us feeling satisfied. We had to request extra bread as we were only given 2 small pieces for some reason. Despite ordering a salad, entree, and dessert (no wine), we ended up spending well over $100 and felt like we were cheated. We cannot recommend this restaurant.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The chef served us a $36 special dish that was cold, indicating a lack of fresh produce and attention to detail. The meal for two people cost us $175 and was a disappointment. It seems that the chef does not prioritize properly seasoning dishes. Keep your distance from this place.

I am a frequent visitor to the Naples area and Ristorante Ciao's is one not to miss. Hidden off the main drag of US 41, Ciao's serves the most excellent Italian cuisine I've enjoyed in quite awhile. The service is second to none and the owner/chef will frequently visit patrons at their table. The room can get loud as it is small, but the food makes it well worth the stop. Visualizza piatti

The managing partner Carol Rosen makes sure every customer has the best dining experience. She and her staff go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. Can’t ask for a more authentic Italian meal cooked by a REAL Italian award winning chef. Makes the pretenders on 5th Avenue pale in comparison! I have eaten at almost every Naples Fl. 5th Avenue restaurant and for value and culinary experience Ciao has no competition. The location one block off 5th Avenue on 4th Avenue is not a problem. All I can say is AMAZING!!!! A spectacular Italian food trip in a fortress of Naples. They had a reduction in staff, but Josh was absolutely incredible and so hard worked. Come ready to be relaxed and stay longer than an hour. This is not a fast, casual Italian place. This is a culinary experience and equipped with a good, entertaining group or a quiet, romantic evening. This is a great place for a private party or special family party as well. Boy did we hit the jackpot when we decided to stop at Restaurant Ciao. We were staying at the Ritz Carlton Golf Resort and the food was really mediocre. Since we were staying there for 4 nights we needed to find a property offsite for our dinners. Since the COVID pandemic has turned the world a bit upside down we weren’t sure where to go.
