"We ate at Roma Italian Bistro after my nephew's graduation from Louisiana Tech. We figured it would be crowded due to the graduation crowd; it was. They told us it would be about 45 minutes, but called us for our table in 25 minutes. (Extra points for that). The food was fabulous and the service was fabulous and they were BUSY! The house wine, which was decent, was $4 a glass. Works for me!!! I had the Veal Picatta and it was delicious! The owner came by the table to check on us always a classy touch. I loved his charming accent, by the way. We had six people in our party and a variety of entree choices including pizza, chicken parmigiana, meatballs, and a sampler. Everyone loved their food. If you have the chance to visit here, DO IT! Mangia!"

Visited for the first time this Friday night. We sat fast and didn't have to wait long. Food and wait staff were both exceptional. Amazing prices also for food quality. Very recommended. Will be visited again.

The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. Our server and another server helped my daughter ask her boyfriend to her homecoming with their excellent desserts. They went above and beyond. Thank you

I got a pizza to go, and it was ok. I got the BBQ chicken pizza. The crust wasn't cooked to my liking, and the flavor was a little lacking. I asked for Parmesan Cheese and the gave me a little cup with enough for maybe two slices. It's partly my fault. I didn't speak up and ask for more, or tell them how to cook my pizza. The food is excellent! The last time we were there, we had the New York style meat lovers pizza. It reminded me of growing up in New York. The crust was just slightly burned (supposed to be that way) and thin. The toppings and cheese were perfect! I could fold my pizza slice in half and eat it (the way New Yorkers eat it). The service is always great!!

Our 8yo grandson wanted to have his birthday dinner there. He and we were repeat patrons. We were a party of nine adults and four children. The service was very good. The waitstaff was pleasant and accommodating. The food order was correct and warm. The food was enjoyed. The place was clean and decorated appropriately. Extra plates were furnished for our birthday cookie. He and we recommend Roma.
