Rosati's Pizza - Piatti

$31 Chicago Deep Dish pizza and look at the ratio of bread to cheese and sauce. I want pizza! Not bread with some cheese and sauce on top. I added a photo of a slice of what I got compared to my expectation. Next time, twice as much sauce, and more cheese!

This was my husband and I's first visit to this restaurant, and I can confidently say it's the best deep-dish pizza I've ever had! The staff member who helped us was incredibly friendly and brought our food promptly. We are celebrating our 16th anniversary, and Rosati's is definitely a place we'll be returning to whenever we're in town. Thank you for making our special night so wonderful!

On Saturday night, I was in the Six Big America area and wanted to grab a late bite with friends. Many restaurants were closed or about to close, but Risatis Pizza was still open. We called ahead to order for pickup, and while waiting for our pizza, I asked the young lady at the register what time they closed. She informed us they were already closed, but we were welcome to sit in the waiting area to enjoy our food. We ended up eating our delicious and piping hot pizza right there at the restaurant. Like many others, I've often found the staff at this restaurant to have poor attitudes, and over the years, they've messed up my orders more times than I can count. Today, a rude, tattooed employee insisted that I sign a receipt, even though I've never had to do that in the several years I've been ordering online from this place. I ended up leaving without my order. That was basically the final straw for me, and I will never order from this restaurant again—and neither should any of you reading this review. There are plenty of other pizza places out there with better food and much better service. #GoJimanos

We were in several Rosati?s and the experience is quite consistent. This place is the exception. The place is dirty. The lady in the register has a terrible attitude. The ribs, the picture attached, were crazy bad, they looked out and lubricated like old ribs cooked, no BBQ sauce. The restaurant plays loud music that the chefs listen to me, bad words and tasteful music, which I as a guest really the fact that I am forced to hear. The place is really dirty and runs off, dust and spider tracks on all luminaires. Rosati?s as a chain should really look into this special facility if this was my first experience with Rosati?s I would never go to one again.

I and my aunt were here yesterday because I wanted pizza, my aunt ended with the order of two hot dogs and a few fries while I got a piece of pizza. The guy who took our order didn't seem happy at all, so my aunt pays for the pizza and we both get drinks as well as the cups are really small, but I was very surprised to get a big pizza, so I eat the pizza it?s a mix of hot and cold it tasted okay, but the one thing that really upset me was the crust was very hard that felt me more than I shouldn't. My aunt gets her hot dogs 10 minutes later, she tells me that the hot dog tastes good, but the bungalow is hard. How can crust and hot dog rolls be hard? We ordered 3 meals tonight, two calzones and a order of chicken fettuccine Alfredo, $41). This was the first time I ordered pasta from here. I was hoping this was going to be a good experience. I was wrong. Not only did the pasta come dry, but it was completely tasteless. It's pretty sad the bread that came with the pasta had more flavor than the pasta. I have never been so disappointed, especially after spending this kind of money, and waiting for an hour for delivery. I couldn't even finish the food. My family ordered from Rosati 's for the first time last night and we were impressed. The woman who took the order via phone was so polite and was willing to answer any questions I had. She suggested their stuffed pizza. We ordered that, an order of garlic cheese bread, fried ravioli and soda. It arrived at our hotel after about 40 minutes and it did not disappoint! The sheer amount of cheese on the pizza puts Wisconsin pizza to shame. WOW! The pizza was massive. The sauce was on the sweeter side, but still good. The raviolis were my favorite part.
