"#1 food was amazing. Some of the best burgers and fried chicken our party has ever had. #2 servers were very nice and tried to be helpful but I personally think they were not trained at all. 2 Menus and 1 said coffee was 5$ and the other said 4$ ... I asked waitress and she had no clue. Next each menu item says Gluten Free Option available upon request. I asked for the burger and asked what the gluten free option was ...server said UM. We have gluten free things like salad and ummm if it has a GF symbol we have it in GF. I replied that I wanted to know what the gluten free option for the burger was...server replied um ... and asked another person and they said a whole wheat bun "

"We had eaten at Saltbox one time before and really enjoyed the Cubano they had at the time. The second time we ate there it was absolutely atrocious all around. We sat at the bar right next to the register waiting for our food (which were 2 expensive sandwiches) for an hour. Come to find out after asking that the ticket was never made, and the kitchen just simply didn 't make our food. Again, we were sitting right next to the wait staff, with no food and no table number because it was a takeout order, for an hour. No one noticed, no one said anything, we wouldn 't have gotten our sandwiches if we hadn 't asked. When we finally got out food there was a very inauthentic We 're sorry and that was about it. No explanation, no here 's something for the wait just a sorry byebye. AAAAND on top of that the sandwiches were bland and extremely disappointing. Would not recommend unless you like paying $50 to stare at plants with no food in front of you for an hour."

"A visit to 80 Thoreau is always a treat, but even more so when they have a special menu. Their tomato and corn tasting wraps up today and it was fantastic. They are located on the top floor of the Concord Depot, the former train station. The space is charming both in the bar area and the dining room. I’ve been going there long enough to see dozens of servers come and go, but they are always knowledgeable and attentive. My only disappointment is that the bar burger is no longer available. It was one of my favorites. Parking: There are two lots that usually have plenty of space. There is also street parking. Kid-friendliness: They welcome kids though there are not many options for them to eat. They do offer to make a simple dish out of their ingredients like a chicken pasta, but for most kids you will need to come with food."

"On our first morning in Concord, we took a short walk before breakfast and stumbled upon Helen’s. We were so glad we did! The staff was friendly, the place was spotless, and we were seated right away around 8 AM. The coffee was excellent, and the breakfast menu offered a fantastic variety of options. My wife ordered a large yogurt parfait, which was filled with a generous amount of fruit, and she really enjoyed it. I opted for the bagel with scrambled eggs and ham in a breakfast sandwich. The bagel was fresh, and the eggs were creamy and perfectly cooked. There was plenty of crispy ham included as well. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area!"

"Called in an order on Mother's Day, and the place was really jumping when I arrived to get my order. The person at the front desk was very cordial and quickly found my package from among the many orders awaiting pick-up. The Moo Shoo Vegetables with pancakes was very tasty as was the Pork Stir Fried Noodles. The portions were generous and could easily feed four people."
