This location has rats I 've seen some larger ones hanging around the side door before , but so I don 't get in trouble we 'll say allegedly there 's a colony between 10 to 15 of them here confirmed by an employee . dine at your own risk .

Welp don't come here if you're looking to get out of the 111 heat. Apparently the A/C was broke but when I walked towards the restroom I felt some cool air coming out of the vent. I get it Rubios is going down and lost a bunch of restaurants but why do we have to suffer for that just so they can save some money. DO BETTER RUBIOS!!!!

I enjoyed some delightful fresh tacos at this restaurant. I tried the Mahi Mahi Taco plate, which came with two tasty tacos, chips, and pinto beans. Since it was our first visit, the staff offered us a selection of salsas to try from their fresh salsa bar. I also ordered guacamole, which was incredibly fresh and made from perfectly ripe avocados. Love the patio, the restaurant was empty on a Thursday evening which was a bummer (I want the restaurant to thrive) I first ate at Rubio in Arizona and I was so thrilled to find it will vacationing in California. The staff was sweet and helpful they seemed like family back in the kitchen! I ordered the three taco dinner it did not disappoint! I can't pick a favorite between the grilled shrimp, grilled fish, or fried fish so this combo was perfect! PLEASE come to Oklahoma Rubio!

Healthy-ish Cali Mexi, a really good option near the PS airport. Of course, made famous in San Diego for their fish tacos. They have, but it's just one of the standards among chicken, beef, carnitas, veggie in all the forms. I had the Cilantro-Lime Quinoa Bowl with Shrimp $12.99, 4.5 stars] and it was delicious with lots of variety and textures. They do have some unique bowls and salads compared to other similar chains, and it was clean and a nice experience at this location. Not a destination place, but if you are near or passing thru, it's a solid option.

However, I did have one significant concern that impacted my overall impression. The ceilings appeared quite dirty, which unfortunately gave the restaurant a somewhat unclean vibe. It's disappointing because the food and service were great, but management really needs to address the cleanliness of the ceiling panels to improve the atmosphere. I found myself staring at the area around the vents, wondering if those were being serviced or cleaned at all. If they can enhance cleanliness in that regard, I would definitely consider coming back for another meal. For now, I'm giving it a solid four stars, but I believe they can work on these issues and earn another star from me! Visualizza piatti
