"Super disappointed with our experience at this location. Food arrived cold, waitress didn't refill our drinks and the worst part was that I specifically wrote in my reservation that it was my son's birthday. I also mentioned this during check in and to the waitress and no attempt was made to wish him a happy birthday or anything. This is the first birthday of his we have been able to celebrate since COVID and I was so disappointed in our choice to have dinner here. I'll never be back."

my daughter got a grilled cheese breakfast and the cheese was not melted. I have an omelette with sausages, which is big pieces not really cut and it was not hot.

The manager was fantastic! We brought a cake to celebrate a birthday, and the staff sang happy birthday with enthusiasm. They are a dedicated group of hard workers.

second visit with this group that meets monthly. everyone is happy about the fast ordering process, short waiting time for the future and seamless individual payment method. not complaining about eating.

We were really pleased to have our reservation in place. There was a line for seating, but we were walked straight to our table without any wait. The staff was fantastic—friendly and attentive—and our food arrived promptly. Despite the busy atmosphere, there was no delay in service at all. Every dish we ordered was excellent, both in portion size and in terms of presentation and flavor. Overall, it was a great experience. I highly recommend Ruby's and using OpenTable!
