"When arriving at 7:52pm for an email confirmed 8pm OpenTable reservation, we have been told that the reservation was only for 8:45. The lady at reception was adamant that it was for 8:45pm, not interested by OpenTable’s email confirmation. After insisting and waiting in the lobby, our party of 4 was seated at 8:10am. The table services was very good (attentive, efficient), this has saved the score."

Ruth's Chris used to be the best in the business, setting the trend for quality. Although it is still a good restaurant with exceptional service and experience, other restaurants have surpassed them in terms of food quality and value. I hope they will review their competition and pricing structure.
