The service at this restaurant is outstanding, and the food is absolutely tasty.

One positive aspect is that they serve Perry's ice cream. However, the downside is that the selection hasn't changed from last year.

The ice cream and milkshakes are tasty, but the shakes are quite thin—almost like drinking chocolate milk. I even ordered one extra thick, but it turned out to be pretty thin as well.

I wish there was a way to give this place negative stars. It's fortunate for them that there aren't many quick dining options in Sagertown. The prices are ridiculous. I wasn't very impressed with the staff at this restaurant. I saw a manager named Kristina yelling at two or three young teenage employees, telling them to "work faster" and rudely instructing one girl to get her "act" together (though she used a different word). The young employees were doing their best, but they seemed a bit lost and confused, likely due to a lack of training. It's disappointing that the managers would rather assert their authority over teenagers instead of actually helping them learn their roles. You can't hire these kids and expect them to be perfect from the start. I tried to support the young employees with a good tip, but I won't be coming back here. Visualizza piatti
