Safa's Pizza - Piatti

I've been living just 5 minutes away from Safa's and have been ordering from them for nearly 4 years. They serve the best pizza, subs, and wings. The staff is fantastic and incredibly friendly. I've never had a bad experience there.

I ordered a pizza that arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes later, and it was ice cold. I've been a customer for over 10 years, but after this experience, I will not return. I'm very disappointed, and the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude.

Ordered Italian cold cuts and they came with bologna ?? I’ve never ordered an Italian cold cut and been given a bologna sub ?? And it’s weird that they ask you while you’re on the phone to leave a tip before they even start preparing your order ? Visualizza piatti

I tried this restaurant for the first time because they had a special on pizza, and I was really impressed! The pizza was fantastic, and my whole family loved it. I’ve found my new favorite pizza place and can’t wait to explore more items on the menu.

This place seems to be losing its touch. When you order delivery, they give you a specific time, but then they miss that time. If you call to inquire, they say it's just 5 minutes away, but when you call back 10 minutes later, they say it's still 5 minutes away.

I just placed my first order here. I've tried their pizza before and really enjoyed it, but I have a significant issue with management. It's a BIG issue. If there's a mistake, they make the employee pay for it? I don't care about the food; that's just wrong on so many levels. I can no longer support this business. 9/1/24 Visualizza piatti

This my last time ordering anything from this restaurant. The soup came cold straight out the refrigerator and the chicken was raw and not fried all the way through. Instead of apologizing and offering better service I was yelled at and hung up on. I will never but anything from this place again after supporting them for years. They deserve no stars!

Best mozzarella sticks in the area—so cheesy and delicious! Every bite is a delight. The pizza is amazing too; I tried the jalapeños, chicken, and feta cheese, and it was cooked to perfection with a gourmet taste. The food is full of flavor and feels homemade, not at all like typical commercial fare. Honestly, it’s the kind of food that makes you feel over the moon.

I have been eating here for years and never had any problems with my food til recently...over the past year their food has definitely taken a down fall...tonight I ordered wings as usual got all the way home and started eating...my wings were not fully cooked...the layer of skin was still pink and slimy inside...called to let them know and their response was that the cook said he cooked them long enough...I took them back to show them I wasn't lying...I didn't even want them to redo them ...I just told them they lost a regular customer...you can get very sick eating raw chicken...this place has definitely gone down hill...I will never eat here again Visualizza piatti
