Service was friendly. They are low on staff so there was a bit of a wait. I ordered the spicy chicken and for some reason it tastes like beans jajajajja

Not a good place to eat. The workers there especially the young woman with black hair in a bun is rude and not friendly. The food is not hygienicly cooked. I get upset stomach every time I eat there. I do not recommend it.

I had a fresh salad and perfectly cooked fish at this restaurant. The miso soup was also delicious. My food was still warm even after I drove 6 miles home. I will definitely be returning soon because I really enjoyed my meal. Visualizza piatti

Japanese style almost food. they offer a simple menu that tastes good. their salads are particularly delicious. four types to choose. I'm going here when I feel like a normal, good Japanese almost food. like sushi, tempoura, teriyaki lachs or missuppet.

This is my new favorite SanSai. Been a big fan for about a decade. Friendly people, clean, quick service and perfect tempura. Edgar knows that menu too, wow. Pictures are my order, Tempura Plate (Shrimp and Veggies) with white rice, Sumi and Oriental salad sides. The white rice was dreamy it was so well prepared. The layout is a little strange, I'd have done it a bit different, enter from the patio or far left door, (no reflection on the food or service). Sriracha and soy sauce of course; sambal oelek is awesome to see. Orchids on the tables, too. My family loves the food at this restaurant, but unfortunately, the customer service leaves much to be desired. This is the third time I've encountered Katy (the cashier with black hair in a bun) and both times she was not very friendly or helpful. Despite her short responses and attempts to rush me through my order, I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, assuming she was tired. However, on a recent visit, another cashier named Ashley was much more patient and helpful, especially as I was ordering for a large group.
