"My family loves the food at this restaurant, but unfortunately, the customer service leaves much to be desired. This is the third time I've encountered Katy (the cashier with black hair in a bun) and both times she was not very friendly or helpful. Despite her short responses and attempts to rush me through my order, I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, assuming she was tired. However, on a recent visit, another cashier named Ashley was much more patient and helpful, especially as I was ordering for a large group. While waiting for my order, I noticed Katy laughing with coworkers and appearing to be in a good mood. Surprisingly, it was Katy who packaged my order when it was ready. When I went to pick it up and showed her my receipt, she responded with a flat "ok" and shared a smirk with a coworker. This unprofessional behavior leads me to believe that Katy may not be suited for a job in customer service. I typically avoid complaining, but I believe she may benefit from additional training to improve her interactions with customers. Not a good place to eat. The workers there especially the young woman with black hair in a bun is rude and not friendly. The food is not hygienicly cooked. I get upset stomach every time I eat there. I do not recommend it.

I had a fresh salad and perfectly cooked fish at this restaurant. The miso soup was also delicious. My food was still warm even after I drove 6 miles home. I will definitely be returning soon because I really enjoyed my meal. View menu

I loved this place, but the food was terrible today. I was so disappointed and it's very expensive. I ordered shrimp empura rolls, and it had the wrong ingredients. Unfortunately some employees are terrible.Caty took care of us today and she was extremely rude. Our order was ready, and she couldn't care less about handing it to us.
