"They do serve buffet on weekends but it wasn't available when we came. We were there for dim sum anyway. Mostly groups of families and friends here. Not super busy for a Sunday afternoon. For dim sum, we got egg tarts, har gow, soup dumplings, cuttlefish, scallion pancakes, and sesame balls. Delicious! Each dish came with 4, except the egg tarts. It all tasted very good and was filling. The only issue was the wrapping around the har gow fell apart. Otherwise, I liked everything else. It's not bad for what you can get here in Louisville. Dim sum is fantastic in SF's Chinatown, but this isn't a bad option. We also ordered another dish from the chefs special menu. Fried fish fillets. It came with a savory yet slightly sweet fish sauce soy sauce type of sauce. It paired well with the fish. My sister got black tea while my mom got hot water they gave them both their own kettle! I got sweet tea. Refreshing for a hot day! I would come back and try more of their dim sum! The staff is nice and they seem to get a lot of regulars."

"The artichoke appetizer was delicious but our entrees were not as good as they usually are. One of us had the cornerstone scramble and the other the potato Benny. One had a **** Mary and the other an aperol spritz. The **** Mary wasn’t as good either and it was the first time getting the aperol spritz here which we won’t order again. We almost always get the same thing. Maybe the appetizer was so good that that what followed couldn’t live up? I’m not sure but we will go back and try something else."

"My family and I frequent this restaurant often, so I was surprised to see no reviews. We are big fans of their hot and sour soup and chow mein. We have ordered a variety of dishes as some of us are vegetarian and others are not, but we always enjoy everything we get. The lunch specials are a great deal, although the portions are on the smaller side. The brown rice side dish we chose left us with plenty to take home. The decor is charming, creating a peaceful atmosphere despite some noise from other conversations. The staff is friendly and attentive, aiming to please. This restaurant is perfect for lunch, dinner, or a date night. I highly recommend trying the Asian fusion and traditional Chinese dishes, as everything is delicious and beautifully presented."

"We had a 5 pm reservation and were seated at 4:55pm. Server got our drinks and we said we were ready order and she said she would be right back. We did not see her for 10-15 minutes (She had another section her 1st night she said).In the meantime, multiple tables were seated in a row and when we were given a new server, no one knew who was seated first, so our order was not taken until 5:30pm. Multiple tables around us that were seated after us had their orders taken and got their food before us. I do not blame the waiter. He was wonderful and hustled and did all he could in the situation. I realize that it is hard to get help these days and they were obviously short staffed, but I think some training needs to be done with hostess staff or something put in place to let wait staff know the order guests were seated. That being said everyone was friendly. Now on to the food: They used to serve bread, unsure if that is the case anymore as we didn’t receive any. My walnut salad, which is supposed to have goat cheese according to the menu, came out with Gorgonzola, so it had to be replaced. We ordered 2 meals to eat there and 2 to go entrees. When we received those, one of them was missing the salad, so the server had to go retrieve it for us. The 2nd one we realized after getting home (ordered blackened salmon blt) was supposed to be on wheat according to the menu and it was on marble rye. I would also say the dishes that were on special that we had ordered could have used a little more of the lemon garlic sauce/was dry. We want to try again sometime, but I hope management will take into account the things that need to be addressed/improved upon as this was not our best experience nor our first at Walnut. I know everyone is trying to do their best we just hope they will take note. The reason I put a low score for value is due to the time we had to wait and the incorrect items. The bill was well over $100 for 4 meals before tip and no appetizers or dessert ordered."

"Four generations!. I had dinner with my parents at the Lotus Garden. I have taken my own kids there all of their lives. Now, I take my grandkids! The Lotus has been there all this time for a reason, the food is great! Egg rolls and barbecued pork are house made and delicious! Best sweet and sour pork and chicken you 've ever had. Not to mention, chow mein, lo mein, fried rice, moo goo gai pan, and Szechwan. Some things they have done the same way forever, the cracker and bun basket anyone? Many items on their American menu are not to be missed either. Best Manhattan 's ever! Best cocktail? I say Rum Cow, but fabulous tropical drinks reign supreme here! Don 't forget to say hey to Jimmy! He was the star of the show there in the 70s (still is ha! , when I was a little high school kid working in the 'coffee shop ', which is now the buffet next door. Hopefully the Lotus Garden will be serving great food for 50 more years! And, to the gentleman who has issues with the decor, the Chinese kitsch is part of it man!!!"

"The highlight of our dining experience at Kona Grill was definitely the excellent service provided by our waiter. Unfortunately, the rest of our meal did not live up to expectations. The cocktail menu consisted of overly sweet options, and our appetizers and main dishes were subpar at best. However, the sushi was exceptional. The prices were surprisingly steep considering the portion sizes and overall quality of the dishes. We had been looking forward to trying this restaurant, but we will not be coming back."

"The atmosphere was like a supper club, many bottles of wine, spirits, and photos, on the walls. Looked and felt up scale. The bar area was small but had multiple high top tables they were adequate, and views of the kitchen. Happy hour options on appetizers and drinks. The bartender was great. Menu: plenty of options but pricey. The quality of my 16oz ribeye was mediocre at best. For $72 it was not worth the price, add mushrooms and onions for $6 and you have a $78 over priced steak… I’m not apposed to spending and having a good meal, but I was disappointed. Would I come back? It would be hard given there are other steaks restaurants available in the area that are as good if not better than Kaminski’s. The staff was good but the the food is pricey and average."

"The restaurant caters to a younger crowd and has a wide variety of interesting beers to choose from. However, the mixed drinks were not up to par and the wait staff seemed inexperienced, despite there being two birthday parties happening simultaneously. The food was fresh and delicious, and the noise level was manageable. Nearby parking was affordable and they may deduct the cost from your bill if you ask, although we missed out on this opportunity. The restaurant offers gluten-free and vegetarian options, which pleased our gluten-free guest. There was a lively Bruins crowd who seemed to be heading to the Garden for a game."

"This was our first time visiting the restaurant in Chesterfield. We frequent the Sunset Hills location often, but were not impressed with the quality at Chesterfield. We tried the Spedini, which was unfortunately very dry. Despite ordering it with the creamy sauce, we were served marinara instead. The waitress insisted that this was correct, but we didn't argue as we were in a rush to get to a concert. The restaurant was busy and the waitress was pleasant, but we were overall disappointed with our meal. Our friends, who were also first-time visitors, had a similar experience with the dry Spedini. On a positive note, the brussel sprouts were excellent."

"My boyfriend and I went to 180 Meridian back in February. Do not go here. It was recommended to us for the happy hour sushi, and we went in not expecting much. It took over an hour to get four rolls of sushi, it wasn't properly cut, I found plastic in the sushi, and it had not even been scaled correctly! Absolutely disgusting. It's pretty bad when I can get sushi from a Chinese buffet restaurant that is better than a restaurant marketing itself with its sushi. The waiter didn't come to check on us for the whole hour, and it took forever to even get drinks. During that hour long wait, they had music blasted up so high you couldn't even here yourself think. Too loud of an atmosphere, disgusting food, and horrible service. Never returning here again."

"I have to admit my first impression when I strolled into the establishment was a bit overwhelming. However, after being greeted at the host stand with the utmost respect from the hostess my mind was put at ease. That set the mood for the rest of the night. The attentiveness of the entire staff, they're dedication, and overall mood far exceeded expectations. Menu options were definitely select, drink selections made to perfection. To the bartender whom eloquently constructed our drinks my hats of to you. To our server Damien, brother you knocked it out of the park last night. Anytime I go back and I have a party with me or I make any type of reservations there I will be requesting you as my server every single time you have an unrealistic energy and you are an amazing person. "The floors were do dirty and sticky that we could feel and hear our shoes ripping off the stick as we walked. Our table was not clean or set for us despite our reservation (wet cup rings from prior party and no flatware or napkins). The windows on the doors dividing the dining rooms were so thick with fingerprints that it was impossible to see through them. Many menu items listed on the website were not presented on the buffet, such as the eggs benedict, fresh omlettes, carrots, muffins/danishes, cod. Much of the food was not well prepared. The pasta was dry and overcooked. The chicken was mushy and underwhelming. The salads were drenched in salad dressing. The scrambled eggs were over cooked. The cheesecake was warm and melting and the only other dessert was perhaps German chocolate cake, but it was impossible to determine what it was. Our server was certainly nice enough, but she never took any of our dirty plates away and we were never given the option for clean flatware. I definitely expect a cleaner restaurant, better quality food, and much better service for a $25 lunch buffet. I will not go back."

"The only issue I had with the place concerned the attitude of the hostess desk. I made a reservation for 8 people. However, I realized I forgot one person who was participating in a golf tournament and we didn't know he would definitely be there until he showed up. The reservation was on a Sunday at 7:00 p.m. I explained the situation and asked whether or not the table we would be at would accommodate adding a ninth chair to it should he show up. I received a bit of resistance and attitude like this could not be done since the reservations for 7:00 p.m. were full and it might require too much work to accommodate this request. I was told that I should call as soon as I knew whether or not this person was coming. I told her I could not do that since the golf tournament may not be over by 7 and my person may not be able to let me know his attendance until right at 7 or after. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, there were other people there. But it was not even a quarter full. By the time 7:00 p.m. came and went, we ended up being about the only table in the restaurant. We could have sat anywhere in the restaurant and would have been fine to add or take away people from the table. When you work in customer service, it's important to convey to the customer that we can do anything for you within normal requests and whatever has to be done behind the scenes to fulfill the requests are not the customer's concerns. I did not encounter this approach. I was disappointed."

"Did not get seated until 5:52. Ordered food and drink at 6:03 and salad/soup arrived at 6:30, dinner arrived at 7:25. 2 of us couldn’t eat entree because we had 6:45 Christmas Eve church service. Remaining party missed traditional family experience to get dinner. Church service was at 7:00 10 minutes away from restaurant. Reservation 4:45!!! Manager tried to excuse issues, reduced bill by 29%. He sat us because he said he would guarantee get out on time. He said the issue is that people were extending the time at their tables even when bill was paid. So, why was the kitchen so late?! I will not patronize this restaurant again."

"I've always loved Houlihan's in the past, and our recent visit did not disappoint. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was excellent. The prices are reasonable compared to many local options. I ordered the BBQ burger, while my son chose the chicken tenders. Our food arrived quickly and was cooked to perfection. I requested my burger to be cooked medium, and it was spot on. If you enjoy BBQ-style burgers, this place is a winner. The bacon was crispy and not overdone. My son enjoyed his chicken; the tenders were tender and not overcooked. We also indulged in desserts—a brownie and vanilla bean cheesecake. I would recommend both!"
