Awesome breakfast spot in Santa Barbara! Definitely a hidden gem on the north end of State Street by the 101! We know it is a great place because our kids remembered it from our last visit and wanted it again!

Definitely one of the best places to go for breakfast! The staff is actually the #1 reason to go. Always super nice, your coffee is always topped off and food arrives like they read your mind before you ordered. Really great waffles!Food: 5/5

The food at this restaurant is amazing. I highly recommend the smoked salmon benedict - it was outstanding. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The coffee is also very good. We had breakfast at this cafe two mornings in a row while visiting SB for 2 nights to revisit our favorite spots. We were delighted by the welcoming and friendly staff and the delicious food both times. We highly recommend this spot for breakfast or lunch. We were also impressed by the teamwork among the staff. The only downside was the parking situation, which was a nightmare.

This charming local restaurant has a beautiful dining area with comfortable seating and friendly, efficient service. The food is truly delicious. During our visit on a Monday morning, we enjoyed the chile verde eggs rancheros with beans and potatoes. The salsa added a nice kick to the already mouthwatering verde. My dining companion had the meatless Sunshine Benedict with spinach and zucchini, a lighter and healthier twist on the classic dish. Although we forgot to take photos, we were impressed by the bustling atmosphere as the restaurant quickly filled up with satisfied customers.

My friend and I came here for my belated birthday celebration and were impressed with the Benedict selection! It was a bit cool so we decided to sit by the window with the shade where we could still feel the the warmth from sun and it was perfect. Looking at their menu, I really want some veggies but the crab cakes looked good so our kind server Manuel suggested to add crab cakes to the SB sunshine Benedict and it turned out amazing! My friend did the same but with Canadian bacon and she loved it as well. We were both very happy how the veggies were done perfectly looking just like the pic on the menu !
