Lovely place good food! A bit noisy but there was a party going on nearby. Food took a bit to come out too. However, the service was excellent and the staff was very friendly.

Delicious food in a relaxed setting. Slightly overpriced but the NY strip was worth the price of the entire bill! Pork chop was great (more sweet than savory). Only negative was that the carrot cake was not good. Server was friendly and on point.

Only good food was the guac and queso. Mac and cheese was very plain and was recommened. Steak was undercooked inside, and charred on the outside and minty green sauce on the steak was not a good pair/taste. Ambience and drinks were good, food was not and way overpriced for the quality. Way overpriced and the food is below average. I had surf and turf and the gravy for the filet mignon was so salty I couldn't eat it. Our bill was 150.00 (we had 2 alcohol beverages)and was not worth the price. I would compare the quality of the food with Applebee's. Our server was very good, but again the food was overpriced, and salty.

My wife asked the manager and our waiter twice to bring a drink after 8 pm when a drink special activated. Waiter brought the drink at 7:55 and later billed us full price $9 more). Waiter asked if I wanted garlic butter on my steak. Sure. Didn't get it when steak came. Charged $5 for that. Food was very good. Very beautiful night, nice location. Just very poor service. Not worth fighting over the $14 extra, just weak on their part.

We had our wedding dinner here after getting married in Tlaquepaque. The team was super gracious throughout the whole process, including setting up a custom menu. The place settings were stunning and the food and drinks were delicious. Our waitress, Faith, did an excellent job and was very attentive. Lastly, the chef came out to greet our party after the meal, which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend Shadow Rock if you're considering an event or nice dinner here. Visualizza piatti

We had an igloo reservation at 6:30 on 7/6 and upon arrival were told there was no Air Conditioner. At that point, how could we change our minds and perhaps try a different place?! I A heads up would have been nice. No manager came to us to apologize. No consideration was provided to us as we were celebrating my birthday with a different type of experience and that didn't happen. While the food was fine and service ok that evening, it was a disappointment that the hotel didn't acknowledge.

Save your money and take a short drive into Sedona to eat. This place is in serious need of a Chef. Paid over $300 for the whole dinner. I had sandbox dry and bland chicken on a poor excuse of a salad (whole Romain lettuce stalk cut in half and slapped on a plate with a drizzle of unflavored dressing). Family members ordered the NY strip came out untrimmed which caused the edges to be burnt and not cooked to proper temps at all. The very limited menu was a disappointment especially for the price. Please avoid dining here until it is verified they have found someone who can cook.

The best part about the restaurant is the atmosphere. Normally, I post pictures of food but this restaurant did not give me the opportunity. We went here twice during our stay. The first night we decided to have drinks and dessert here for the ambiance by the fire. I had to ask 4 separate times to be served. After about 40 minutes we finally got an order in for drinks. When they arrived they were not good…at all. My husband stomached his and I sent mine back. We left with no dessert because the waiter took another 30 minutes to come back.
