Only good food was the guac and queso. Mac and cheese was very plain and was recommened. Steak was undercooked inside, and charred on the outside and minty green sauce on the steak was not a good pair/taste. Ambience and drinks were good, food was not and way overpriced for the quality. View menu

Stopped by here to watch some sports and get some drinks. We were not guests of the hotel but felt that it was a cool spot to hang out. The drinks were really delicious (crafted margaritas) and the staff was nice. The reason for the 4-stars was because it seemed the staff was short on people and things were being rushed and also the hotel guests seemed to be a bit rude too. Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

My wife asked the manager and our waiter twice to bring a drink after 8 pm when a drink special activated. Waiter brought the drink at 7:55 and later billed us full price $9 more). Waiter asked if I wanted garlic butter on my steak. Sure. Didn't get it when steak came. Charged $5 for that. Food was very good. Very beautiful night, nice location. Just very poor service. Not worth fighting over the $14 extra, just weak on their part. View menu

We had an igloo reservation at 6:30 on 7/6 and upon arrival were told there was no Air Conditioner. At that point, how could we change our minds and perhaps try a different place?! I A heads up would have been nice. No manager came to us to apologize. No consideration was provided to us as we were celebrating my birthday with a different type of experience and that didn't happen. While the food was fine and service ok that evening, it was a disappointment that the hotel didn't acknowledge.

Our 2 dinners we had there were great. Jonathan Kentucky did an outstanding job taking care of us Friday and Saturday night. Very personable and funny, he was great. So dinner and Jonathan get 5 Stars. The breakfast buffet was horrible . Not as good as the FREE Continental breakfast at most hotels, and it cost $28.00 per person. I 'm sure if you ordered breakfast off their menu it would be much better. DO NOT PAY FOR THEIR HORRIBLE BREAKFAST BUFFET!! Service: Dine in Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
