Shari's Bistro - Piatti

Food was good. Bar tender needs experience but was very nice and friendly. She will be very good in a couple of weeks. Music on Saturday nights is great. Nice experience. Will return.

Awesome place. Great service and food with an impressive, well priced, wine list. Peppered steak was sumptuous and the ribs were fingerlicking good. Plenty of parking right up front. Gorgeous view of the water. Really spectacular!

The view was pleasant, and the bar would be a nice spot for drinks. However, the dining room was quite noisy due to a loud party, which was disappointing. While the entrees were flavorful, they were significantly overpriced. Additionally, the wine list left much to be desired. Visualizza piatti

1st visit on a night where Shari’s wasn’t busy, which always has me giving notice that I expect a lot. There was not a single element of this visit that was disappointing. The salmon was a large portion of the freshest and perfectly cooked fish I can EVER remember (and I do salmon at least monthly). I will be back in my next visit.

Food was very good--everyone enjoyed their meal. Anthony, our server, was excellent. He is a first class waiter who we enjoyed talking with, as well as being served by. Went on a Saturday night and there was a private party downstairs so we basically had the upstairs room to ourselves for most of the evening. An enjoyable meal and evening all around.

I was really disappointed! They didn’t have two of the items we ordered, and the food we received was not good. While our waitress was friendly, the overall service was quite slow. Disappointing, restaurant was empty yet we were seated next to the only other occupied table. This was apparently the owner who yelled at both the host and his wife ? about a produce delivery. Then had an inappropriate conversation with the host about his father and siblings. When he finally left, the next party was then seated at the same table. To top it off, the food was so so at best.

The only positive aspect of this restaurant was the stunning view. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. I would strongly advise against ordering the brisket or steak, as they were not worth it. The salmon was decent, but nothing extraordinary. This place has the potential to be fantastic if they were to hire a new chef and adjust their prices to be more reasonable. We definitely felt like we overpaid on multiple fronts.

My family came here on vacation looking for something more upscale. My daughter is allergic to gluten, so we chose this place because gluten free foods are mentioned on their website. However, when she asked the server which dishes were gluten free, she didn’t seem sure what she was talking about. She could point to several things that “should” be ok, but that doesn’t inspire a lot of confidence. The service was lovely, if a bit slow, and the food was decent, but we were disappointed with the knowledge of allergens. If you’re going to mention gluten free foods on your website, either your menu should be marked or the staff should be better trained to identify those dishes. However, the atmos... Visualizza piatti
