"Shogun has been a family favorite in my family for over 10 years if it was 8 to 10 years ago I would have given them for five stars. We have frequented this location for birthdays and they would have the staff come out and sing Happy Birthday and then provide a free dessert .....in the PAST. This time they offered me orange wedges and a cherry as my birthday dessert they didn't sing or celebrate AND they forgot to bring the dessert (not only mine but dessert being ordered from the menu from others) and brought out the check... When they came back they just brought one piece of mochi and disregarded the orders from other guests in my party ?????"

I suggest not getting the sushi but the fried rice is always amazing here and I love the filet mignon!

3/5 of us were sick immediately after eating, and a man who sat against us, had the stomach problem. I know that because he cried about wanting to use the toilet and that I took my time on the toilet (only a toilet). sushi was okay. our eating came fast and the server seemed nice. the atmosphere is good.

Not impressed. Staff not very friendly. Service slow. Eating is okay. I didn't advertise the shrimp assistant like Hibachi. Ikura not fresh, cloudy and slim texture. Do not order correctly. But at the end of the day, they tried for my daughter's birthday. This place is heavily understaffed, management has to fix it or they will lose customers.

"1) change the menu to read English. the waiter spends to much time explaining the menu when he has other duties to perform and other guest suffer. 2) an Italian restaurant should smell like garlic when you walk in or at least smell the aroma's of the Italian food cooking. 3) the food was Okay. nothing to write home about. I had the Carbonara, a little bland. not the best I have had not the worst. it was Okay. The bread didn't have much taste. the dipping sauce was good. Escargot I thought was very good. 4) wait staff, well, we had to ask 3 times for water. when first seated, it took a while for the waiter to even show up and greet us. Which seemed unusual because there were only 3 tables full at that point. we didn't receive the complementary bread until after we had are appetizer. just not a over all good experience for first time attending this restaurant. no need to go back either."

"Came in monday evening, seemed pretty busy, got sat at the bar which I normally don’t like to do but decided I’d try it out seeing they were busy. Immediately I was taken care of, first by a gentleman whose name I did not get tall, had a beard I think) , then by Kairy, both of them made the night very enjoyable; Kairy was very attentive and friendly and made sure to answer any questions I had. The wait time on food was almost nonexistent, came out super quick. Overall 10/10 experience, I wouldn’t mind sitting at the bar again, great bartenders honestly."

"First time to the Table. Service was fast and friendly. Food was delicious. Had the gyro sandwich with hand cut fries. Pita bread was soft and fresh and tasty. Ingredients of meat, tomatoes, onions, and tzatziki sauce just complimented the pita for agreat sandwich. Seasoning on hand cut fries was not too much or too little. Others in our group had the Asian salad, ahamburger, chicken and waffles, street tacos, and traditional breakfast. Everyone said their food tastes great."

"Honest first impression was not too good. The place smelled weird, like a toilet. Hostess was nice but the server didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. It was kinda empty so the food came out quick! The food was decent, so I thought We had the spicy edamame, the crab puffs, and the a sushi roll. Those were good. My husband had the shrimp fried rice. However, a couple hours later, my husband is throwing up and sweating horribly. He got food poisoning after eating here. idk if it was bad shrimp or what but I don’t think we will be back here again"

"I had lunch in Andy's Kitchen recently, that was my first visit. The young lady at the counter greeted me with a happy smile and presented herself immediately. Since this was my first visit, she took the time to explain the menu and offer suggestions. I tried the bacon cheeseburger and the barbecue wings. The food was delicious and very fresh. If you are looking for a really great burger, you must try Andy's Kitchen, the burger was fresh, the meat was moist, and the additional surprise was the bungalow. I also loved the onion rings and wings."
