The restaurant was fantastic! Angela was so lovely and she prepares delicious dishes. My friends and I will definitely be returning here.

Ordered through Grubhub and food was ice cold. Order was not followed. I heard such good things about this place and I was let down. Go to a diner instead.

Angela is incredibly attentive when taking my order and always greets me with a smile. She is extremely enthusiastic about her job and it shows in her demeanor as she walks around the restaurant.

Love the burgers here !! For a chain they are great ! Had the smash burger with a fried egg and a side of haystack onions. They also make great ice cream shakes. Try a smash burger if you haven't had one yet. You'll be a believer

always mess up my order. 3rd time ive been. Staff is super rude and rushing for absolutely no reason. Horrendous service, extremely unwelcoming, do not recommend. Smash Burger is a burger lover's dream come true. Their patties are perfectly cooked with a crispy exterior and juicy interior. The flavor combinations are incredible, and the menu offers a variety of options to suit different tastes. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is inviting. It's definitely worth a visit if you're in the mood for a delicious burger that won't disappoint.

I recently dined at the Port Washington location for the first time and found the food to be delicious. The manager was very pleasant, but unfortunately, the overall appearance of the restaurant was lacking. There were dirty napkins scattered on the floor, the food counter was untidy with more dirty napkins, and I even noticed the kitchen floor was dirty as well. It is important for a restaurant to maintain cleanliness, especially when serving the public. There is no excuse for a lack of cleanliness in a dining establishment.

During my last visit, I did not receive my shake, but overall my order only took about 4 minutes to arrive. If that seems like a long wait to you, I pity your significant other. Please bring back the cheese fries! Customers have been begging for their return since they were removed in the winter of 2017, those were tough times. On a different occasion, someone mistakenly took my order and then sent me a picture of himself licking his fork with the message, "Ha! Loser, brisket burger is fire!" And he was right...
