Sonic Drive-in - Piatti

My girlfriend ordered onion rings and didn?t like them after one bite. I tried one and we figured out what had happened they didn?t swap out the fryer grease from the funnel cakes (or something similar) before cooking the onion rings. The resultwas?AWESOME! Funnel cake onion rings are born! Such a great happy accident! There?s a carnival in my mouth with every bite!

To the lady working by herself this Sunday morning, Thank you. First time I have been to this sonic location and had great customer service, my order was right and it tasted excellent! Coming from someone who lived in the south where there was a sonicon every corner, I miss going to sonic. But these last few years this location (the only one around) has consistently let medown. The line at Dunkin? was really long this morning and I?m glad I gave sonic another chance. Hopefully management will findmore model employees like the lady who was working this morning.

WOULD DO A ZERO STAR REVIEW IF ABLE TO Went there tonight after doing an mobile order, parked and waited for over 40 minutes with no food. Then come to find out they canceled my order for no reason while I was there, and then once I reach out to them they say we are closed, can 't help but did you get the 2 kids meals and proceeds to tell me to come back tomorrow to get my food and they can 't refund me my money So now im out of money and dont have my food.Super unacceptable and the staff was rude as hell. When I finally received my burger, it wasn't hot as it should have been. I was so hungry that I couldn't help but worry about potentially getting food poisoning while eating it. I'll find out later if that worry was justified. It was pouring heavily outside, and we had no other restaurant options so late at night. Additionally, the soda was mostly ice, with very little actual drink in it. It tasted overly sweet and flat, almost like just syrup without any carbonation. I managed to eat the sandwich but ended up throwing away the lime wedge. I noticed other customers were also complaining among themselves. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I won't be coming back.

We enjoy coming to this Sonic, especially for the drinks. The diet cherry limeade is on my daughter's favorite list. This past time we parked and ordered. I'm inputting this specifically due to other reviews I came across.. I hit the button and wasimmediately responded to within seconds, our order was delivered quick, hot and as ordered, and our server was friendly. Thekids meal chicken fingers were a hit and I thought my burger and tots were satisfying. We decided to have the mini milkshakesafterwards and again it was quick all the way to delivery. So I walked up to the menu and pushed the button to get my large OCEAN WATER...the best drink on the planet!! The voice said sorry, drive thru only ...I asked her if I could just order a large OCEAN WATER and got no response, so I walked away defeated. So disappointed! We haven 't been here for a couple years, but took the kids because they love the roller skating servers and having the food delivered to the car. We pulled up and had to ring the buzzer 3 times (waited about 3 min in between rings) to get an answer. The girl was very short and snippy with us (it was NOT busy at all). The screen was broken so you couldn 't see your order or pay carside. We ordered and it took about 15 min to get our food brought out. This place is such a joke. I think this is the second time I?ve been and we mobile ordered 2 milkshakes. We waited over 30 minutes on one of the stalls while watching a young girl worker come in and out of the door to go to what seemed like herfriends (they weren?t in one of the stalls. getting them a drink and water and talking and yelling about who knows what. This was our 4th and final trip. All 4 trips our food wasn't made right. The last trip my wife ordered a breakfast bacon egg and cheese on Texan toast. Not sure the exact name. Well it came as a hamburger patty, cheese, raw bacon, lettuce tomato, pickle and ketchup. Not one thing was right except the toast. I ordered the bacon on bacon burger ketchup only.
