I love Sonic, but it is super frustrating to order a large tot and it not be filled up. This is a common occurrence. Update: Problem still exists. I received 11 tots...... Spend $30 on food, get shorted.

I've been here half a dozen times this year. The App has made it very user friendly to order and have your food brought out when you reach a stall. Most recently their computers went down and they were only taking cash. I happened to have cash so I asked if I could get the same promo offered to me on the app and the girl taking my order said yes! The only issue I had was when they took my money for the food they left without giving me any change.
