"Normally don't have many problems with my local Sonic except for the app which needs serious work. Today we pulled up to order. The speaker at the stall was pretty much shot. I couldn't hear much the person was saying. The screen wouldn't move from the activated we will be with you shortly setting, so we were not able to pay at the stall. My wife had to walk up to the window to make sure the order was received correctly. It wasn't Once we got home we found there was no marinara sauce for our mozzarella sticks. Poor experience for sure, but it happens. Not bad enough to keep me from going back, but I hope they get the speaker and screen fixed soon. We did let them know what was wrong"

Have been to sonic 4 times in the last month and their “system is down” meanwhile stalls are full of cars receiving their orders. The last 2 times we stopped to get drinks 30 min before closing and “the system” just coincidentally went down right when we pulled up. It’s very aggravating. Hopefully they get a better system that works properly or some employees that actually want to work. Whichever the case may be Food: 1

This is the worst sonic. I hope this place closes. They don't take orders after 9 while they all hang out laughing. The owner/manger called me after I made a formal report. Made it sound like the system. Ok cool so this time I hit the red button 30 min pass there were alot of cars coming and going g so I thought they was just busy. Nope if u call they have the phone off the hook. I will being calling corporate amd sending them this photo swell as the video.
