"We placed an online order with specified pickup timeand arrived at the restaurant. I received a text message stating to reply with my space number and my order is being prepared and would be delivered to my vehicle. 10-15 minutes passed the time window of when my food would be ready and I called the restaurant to see the status of my order. The girl answering the phone said that texting program doesn 't work because the restaurant doesn 't have wifi... No apology. We received our order, brought it home to eat and were shorted add on ribs (about $20 worth). I immediately called and told them the situation and the girl 's solution was, Oh, do you want to come back and get them or do you want them next time you come? I told her we are sitting down ready to eat and I would prefer to just receive a refund. She said her manager would have to do that and we should see it reflected on our method of payment in the next 24 hours. I asked specifically for some sort of confirmation, whether an email or text that we will be refunded, but she said we 'll receive that after her manager processed the refund for the add on. We gave them 48 hours and still did not receive the refund. My wife had to call and finally receive the refund almost a week later. The food here is good. The service is terrible. If you know certain systems aren 't working for online orders, turn them off so your customers don 't get misled that they are being properly served, when they aren 't."

Great All You Can Eat!!!! Not on the menu, but just ask for it. Unlimited meat, sides, drinks, and garlic bread. I got the all you can eat ribs.

This location is always understaffed. The people working do the best they can, but it can't be any fun to work there. They are always trying to catch up.

Stop in on our travels back to Orlando. Pretty darn impressive master cook. Ribs were so soft and yummy to my tummy. Service was out standing. Nice clean and friendly place. 5 thumbs up team. Visualizza piatti

This Sonny's BBQ, is the best one I have ever been to! The food was hot, delicious and I had enough to take some home. The waitress Kaz, Chase and Weston were super friendly and made my meal even more enjoyable!! Thanks!!

Extremely good barbecue. I could have gummed to death the brisket it was so soft. I think the pork ribs are even better!! The only disappointment was the macaroni and cheese was not hot enough in the coleslaw was not cold enough. Other than that perfection. Worth the wait to get to a table.

Saw down and was never served Sah there for 20 minutes, while 2 other families came to us sat and served drinks. Many employees go to the restaurant. Terrible service can not survive what happens and then chains want all the other guilt for what made them clearly wrong. Customer service is the key!!!! Visualizza piatti

Everything was fantastic, but they could use a bit more help at the carry-out counter. We waited about 8 minutes before we finally spotted an employee, and in the meantime, we could see our order sitting on the counter getting cold. However, our order was correct, and everything tasted amazing. I would definitely recommend this place and plan to return. Everyone can have an off day, including businesses.

I did a call in last month for the family feast for 4 with a side of fries as well as the 3 sides you get. We also Ordered the loaded tots for the appetizer. I did a quick peak and it looked like everything was in the bag. Got home and no loaded tots. I know everyone is short staffed and busy so I just let it go. Did another order and this time checked everything. Was missing my loaded tots, fries and had everything else but then had to wait for the appetizer and fries as all the other food gets cold. Won?t be back!
