Panera Bread - Piatti

This was the messiest sandwich I have ever received from a Panera, but it was packed with toppings and tasted just as good no matter its appearance.

We stopped by today for a quick lunch. The Teriyaki Chicken w Broccoli was saucy and the sauce was easy to sweet, and the question was where 's the broccolis? My wife enjoyed her salad. Service was fast, friendly.

The soup is always good. But came around 7:15pm, 45 mins til closing. The bread I got was stale. I also purchased the new $12 warm bowl Baja) it came with 3 pieces of chicken. Not enough for this entire bowl full of rice. Idk if this is normal or just because it was the end of the night. Visualizza piatti

Shannon was a great help when I was in a rush for my coffee order. She was cheerful and polite, getting me out the door quickly. Panera did a great job with their customer service, it's nice to see that this St. Louis establishment still cares about their customers despite the challenges of the pandemic.

good eating, a little expensive, and sometimes it can be a long wait, but everything is so now a day, it can not hold against them in this world. I do not recommend the delivery tho, it is never good and the last time that the driver stole some of our food! panera gave us a few freebies for the effort tho, so they are good on their part! I tried to notify the driver, and they totally ignored me, so foreseeable!

Used to LOVE! But won't go again. It has deteriorated in cleanliness, service, and every metric I can think of? Last attempt was a disaster. Came in hungry with kids, left a hour later starving, frustrating, and dissolutioned. It's disorganized, dirty, bad customer communication, etc. I don't completely blame the staff...they are likely understaffed and underpaid. This may be every place. I wish we knew not to even try. Danie was fantastic! We were worried because DoorDash didn't update us on our order, so we called Panera and Danie quickly fixed our order and even gave me a cookie because I was dealing with a lot of stress and feeling down due to the rain. Danie truly saved the day for us! Thank you, Danie! I hope they receive the recognition they deserve. I highly recommend this location for their exceptional service and customer satisfaction!

Ordered curbside pick up. I got an email that order was ready and headed to the store. I pulled up and selected I am here in the app and space number and no one came out for 10 mins. So I went inside and inquired. I was told to go wait in the car and they'd bring it when ready. Waited another 15 minutes. I understand kitchens get busy and I don't mind waiting to pick up if things are moving a bit slower. But don't text me and tell me my order is ready when I'm going to have to wait 25 mins after I arrive. I don't understand why they sent ready message when it clearly was not? And then to be rude when I simply went in to inquire? I like bread Co and the convenience of take out is a luxury I k...

Oh wow... I go to Panera 's 4-5 times weekly. Decided to try this location, Zumbehl, and won 't be back. I understand the relatively new cashier not knowing what ingredients are in the dishes, or the correct prices, but I tried ordering three different times, but each time I was told, We are out of avocado, we are out of grapes tomatoes, etc. . The right side of soda machine was just carbonated water, it included Sierra Mist, Brisk Tea. Thankfully the drinks on the left side were good... Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Mountain Dew.
